Med Spa by Voupre

I also did not have a good experience at this med spa. I arrived early as requested at 1045am to fill out paperwork for an 11am appointment. A lovely woman came after me and was taken back and this guy kept telling me 10more minutes. Anyway, after an hour they said they were ready for me but they weren't they were cleaning the room from the lady that had arrived after me. I arrived at 1040 and walked out at 1215 when they still were not ready for me and nobody said anything just acted as if I was the problem for not being patient enough! I was pretty upset as I was looking forward to this procedure but I would rather give my money to a place that has more respect for people's time. I won't be returning and I hope someone reads this and decides to take their business elsewhere!

I will be up front and state I did not use this store's services or products, so I cannot speak on that. However, we were accosted by an employee as we walked by. My mother and I politely declined. The male employee with long hair yelled after us that our skin looked old and needed their products. He then continued to yell about my elderly mother's neck skin. It was disgusting behavior and I can see why the store was absolutely empty. I had no plans to use this service, but I am now sure to tell everyone I know to not either. If your product isn't good enough to sell itself and you rely on making people feel bad about themselves, you are not an ethical company.

I had a terrible experience at this med spa and feel it’s important to warn others. I was at the mall today, riding my mom’s electric scooter, when an employee approached me. At first, he seemed nice, so I let him do my hair and try a product on me. However, he immediately started pressuring me to buy the product, even after I repeatedly told him I needed to leave. I felt coerced into making a purchase I didn’t want. What made the experience even worse was how rude and condescending he was. He actually said I couldn’t afford $70, despite me being a college student, and spoke down to me in a way that was completely uncalled for. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly upsetting. Because of this experience, I don’t even want to go back to the mall. No one should have to feel pressured, belittled, or disrespected while trying to get basic services. I strongly caution anyone considering this med spa.

I had such a wonderful experience! 🙌 Shila welcomed me with kindness, patience, and a warm smile. She was highly professional and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The service was personal, pleasant, and went above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and quality care. 💖

Absolutely awful, disgusting store. The men that work there are absolutely awful. Predatory at best. They coerced a pregnant woman to buy one of their products by cornering her and then threatening to call the cops when her husband tried to return it. Definitely will be filing a legal complaint.
