As a younger guy, I honestly had no idea what to expect going into chin lipo. I was pretty nervous at first and overthinking everything. However, when I booked my consultation at Jax Beach Body MD, that feeling completely changed. Ashley at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the whole environment felt comfortable. Dr. Keener took the time to actually talk with me one-on-one, answer my questions, and explain the process in a way that made sense. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t try to upsell me or push anything extra. She was straightforward, down-to-earth, and gave me realistic expectations about what my results would look like. The procedure itself was much smoother than I expected, and her team made sure I felt calm and taken care of the entire time. Now that I’m on the other side of it, I’m genuinely happy I went through with it. It’s boosted my confidence and is something I’ve wanted for years. I’d absolutely recommend coming here. They make the whole experience feel seamless and supportive from start to finish.

She explained everything clearly before surgery and provided exceptional post-op care, making me feel completely supported every step of the way. Suzie, the anesthesiologist, was amazing — she kept me calm and comfortable the entire time. Ashley, the office manager, was also fantastic, always professional and welcoming, and made the process seamless. I’m so grateful for the care I received here. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income. I went in for a consultation ($75) liked the Doctor and went ahead to schedule it. Paid a 450 non returnable fee and then 3k towards the surgery. Life happened and I had to cancel the surgery I expected to lose the 450 nope they said none of it was redundable... for what? They didn't do anything no services rendered they didn't order supplies as my surgery was months away and I canceled almost immediately after scheduling it. They won't return my phone calls or money. I now have to report them to my credit cards and if that doesn't work my family attorney has to get involved. I'd steer clear of such a shady practice. I will be contacting the base commander to get this company black listed from base as well. Response. I canceled my procedure days after scheduling it (Nov) the procedure was scheduled for January 6th. I highly doubt within those few days and you all being gone for the holidays that you purchased any "special equipment". Your policy that I signed clearly states 450 dollars is non refundable. I would like the remaining money returned. I will be filing something with the courts.

I wish that I could give Dr. Keener 10 stars! She is absolutely the best! She is honest and trustworthy with everything that she does. She goes over every option and lets you know how to achieve the results that you want. She is always there to answer questions and she is simply the best at what she does. She really cares about her patients and her staff is amazing and so supportive. If you want to get the best results there’s no one better than Dr. Keener.
