I had never received a medical pedicure before and I was nervous because I suffer from neuropathy in my legs and feet. I was in Jacksonville for my yearly Mayo check up and I found Kathy the owner of Pampered Foot. After speaking briefly with her I was completely at ease and Kathy was very nice and she understood my situation. Wow!! Kathy was gentle and explained what she was going to do prior so I wouldn’t flinch and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She massaged my feet and calves bring back circulation which lasted till I had to fly home. Kathy, I will see you again next Feb. 2027 after my Mayo appointment. A++++++

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Ms. Kathy Griggs! I can’t thank Ms. Kathy Griggs enough for helping me restore my toenails after a terrible experience at a nail salon. The acrylic products they used caused a fungal infection, leaving both of my big toenails black and nearly 90% gone. Kathy worked wonders using her medical-grade products that acted as both a protective extension and a healthy alternative to traditional acrylic. Within about 6 weeks, I started to see clear, healthy nail growth, and by 12 weeks, my toenails were completely restored, smooth, natural-looking, and fungus-free! I still see Kathy regularly because I love the look of acrylic on my big toes, but I’ll only trust her safe and professional products from now on. If you’ve ever struggled with nail damage or fungus from salon products, Kathy is the one to go to. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you get your nails healthy again.

Ms. Kathy is absolutely incredible!!! She not only is extremely skilled at what she does, she also has a love and passion for helping others (and their feet)!☺️ Prior to my foot detox, I was experiencing major fatigue and some inflammation. I was energized and refreshed by the time I left, and definitely plan to return.

This place was such a hidden gem! First let me start off that the owner here is soo kind! She was very professional and did an amazing job. I came in for a foot soak and a paraffin hand dip. She had another client at the same time as me and she cleaned and sanitized behind the other person and me. Made me feel very safe with coming to get services done here, especially with all this covid stuff going on. But onto the details of the good stuff! The foot soak was soo good. She used some sort of exfoliating scrub and some other stuff in the water that made it feel amazing. The massage chairs are also a real plus. She was also very knowledgeable with reflexology/pressure points of the feet that relate to other parts of the body. I found it to be very informative and fun to learn. Plus the foot massage was sooo good! My feet felt like jelly by the end. The paraffin hand dip was fun! After I dipped my hands, I placed them in a bag and then some sort of warming mitts. After a bit, she came and peeled the wax off one and at time. With each hand she used some sort of almond hand masque that smelled really good. The hand massage was also just as good as the foot massage. Overall I plan to come back. She is by appointment only but her hours seem to be flexible. Her prices are very affordable in my opinion and the owner is very kind. She was telling me about how prior to covid she used to do more around the elderly community and that’s just a super plus in my book.

We visited Kathy for the first time yesterday. We were so impressed with the medical/diabetic pedicure. Kathy is amazing. We went back yesterday late afternoon for us to both get a detox foot treatment and today I went back for a pedicure. It was easily the best pedicure I have ever received. She really knows how to make your feet and calves feel better. The polish was applied perfectly. I cannot wait to go back!
