The best massage and facial experience. The service was excellent from booking to check-out. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for a facial, massage, and sauna package. I should mention that it was my first time experiencing all of these services. When I called, the establishment was closed, but I still managed to get an appointment, and it was quick and easy. When I arrived, I was a little lost, but they quickly confirmed that I was in the right place. My facial was 5 out of 5 stars, with a massage that even included my scalp... omg, fabulous! And the body massage was something else... it relaxed my entire body with essential oils and hot stones. Finally, I had a unique experience in the sauna where I selected the color therapy option to activate all the benefits it offers. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this clean place, with ample parking and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

This was my first massage EVER I had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Tabitha. She was amazing, she was extremely informative. She asked if there were any targeted areas she needed to focus on. She was extremely professional. I also saw Nicole for my facial was quite relaxing 😌. I have already booked my next appointment.

We purchased a 60-minute couples massage through Groupon and were initially overjoyed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage therapists were incredibly talented—both massages were truly excellent and relaxing. We left the room feeling wonderful and were already talking about making this a regular, monthly place for us. Unfortunately, when the session ended, we noticed the time and realized we had only received about 45 minutes of actual massage. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00. We were taken back promptly, the massage began around 11:05, and it ended right at 11:50. When we asked the receptionist about this, we were told that a “60-minute” massage only includes 50 minutes of hands-on time, with 5 minutes before and after. Even with that explanation, our massage should have lasted until at least 11:55, not 11:50. I also reviewed the Groupon voucher carefully, and it clearly states a 60-minute massage, with no mention of reduced hands-on time. This was very disappointing. I’ve had many massages over the years, and when I book a 60-minute massage, I expect to receive a full hour. Being told afterward that we should book a 90-minute massage if we want more time felt dismissive and missed the point entirely. The quality of the massage itself was outstanding, which makes this even more frustrating. Transparency matters, and expectations should match what’s advertised. There are many massage spas in Jacksonville that provide a true, full 60-minute massage, and unfortunately, this experience means we won’t be returning despite how great the therapists were.

Amazing experience! I bought a 60-minute deep tissue massage and facial package for my mom through Groupon, and we are so impressed. The staff was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and arranged everything easily over the phone. They listened to all my concerns about my mom’s delicate condition. My mom has back implants and chronic lumbar/cervical pain, and even PT hasn’t given her lasting relief—but today, her massage therapist actually took her pain away. She felt real relief for the first time in a long time. Her facial was also rejuvenating and left her glowing. She’s tried many spas, but she said this is the best one she’s ever been to. We will definitely be returning!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had. The first facial I ever had and it was absolutely bliss both ladies were amazing and told you everything they were going to do it was super relaxing. I even booked to come back in 2 weeks will definitely be going once a month from now on. Highly recommend
