Amazing experience every time! Shiela is an incredibly talented massage therapist with such great energy. From the moment you walk in, she is professional, welcoming, and truly attentive. She always takes the time to understand what your body needs and never rushes—often spending extra time to make sure everything feels just right. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. She is truly excellent at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

Chad was amazing! I have an overused shoulder that has given me problems for years. After my session with Chad, I have a full range of motion again! I've used plenty of physical therapists over the years. Chad's technique and the environment made me feel so relaxed. Definitely recommend and will be back!

UPDATE: The owner Chad reached out with a sincere personal apology. He explained that noise from a neighboring business has been bleeding into their massage rooms, which led to the therapist’s frustration. While I still think asking families to quiet down in a shared public courtyard (not inside their business) was inappropriate, I appreciate Chad’s accountability and transparency. They’re working to resolve the noise issues. Hopefully this helps other parents know what to expect. ORIGINAL: They do not like children here. We were enjoying some coffee in the open patio outside of their business with our kids, next to the coffee shop that shares this courtyard, and we were not being more noisy than a typical day. And a woman came out and asked us to have our children be quiet. I’m sorry but if you don’t want outside noise to bleed into your business, you should not open it in an open courtyard near a coffee shop, or at least invest in some better noise insulation.

Sheila is amazing. She tailors your experience to meet your body's needs. Her fascia and lymphatic expertise makes me feel like melted butter when she is done! The massage rooms are very inviting and tranquil. I highly recommend her!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic New Addition to the Spa I booked a session with the new massage therapist and was genuinely impressed. She has a calm, grounding presence and an intuitive touch that makes it very easy to relax. I came in with both general tension and a few specific areas of pain, and she balanced relaxation with focused work perfectly. She checked in just the right amount, listened closely to what I needed, and adjusted pressure without me having to ask twice. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. Such a great addition to the spa — I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
