Not a pleasant experience and will not be returning. I did like the shopping center it was located in, not too busy and I was able to get a same day appointment. Now to the not so good: - small towel for coverage vice a nice smooth sheet - technique was random and not typically for a deep tissue massage - oil/lotion used was not enough - one person working, answered multiple calls during the massage.

I have been coming to Hana Spa for several years now. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with the service. My husband and I come regularly and have been seen as scheduled. We will continue to use Hana spa and we highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for the satisfying massage experience.😀

Been coming here for years. I recommend any service, but if you want a romantic gesture, schedule a couples massage. So peaceful.

Going to attempt to make an appointment again today, with Coco. I used to be a massage therapist years ago and have had massages in different areas of the world. I tried another place 3 times hoping it would get better. It’s on San Jose Blvd. The 3rd time was even more Disappointing. And I know the two people that scheduled their double person Massage at a certain time that walked in, she couldn’t accommodate them for scheduling issues. They were really upset and I heard all this in my room laying there. I layed waiting past my run time, she started and stopped walked out about 5 times. Talking to people, and answering phone. I wasn’t relaxing much to say the least. I should’ve just gotten up, but I was really hurting. The appointment was for an hour and A half. With all the broken time, I may have received 50 minutes. And after appointment, she said I’m only gonna charge you for an hour. That Appointment should’ve been free or an 30 min charge. I shouldn’t have tipped her., Just because she says she is sorry. The last time I went to walk out after similar experience, she looked at me and said, “oh you’re not gonna tip me”? Don’t guilt people into tipping, it’s not a right or mandatory. Specially, for That kind of charging for that kind of experience. Again, I should’ve just no, but I went ahead and tipped her and then tried it again hoping that it would get better, so I’m at fault for going back. You don’t do Run a business like that! You get tipped if you do a GREAT job, and not just for a Mediocre Service.Do better! A friend referred Coco and I’ve gone once and I’m gonna try her again. The Massage with cocoa before was very very good, And I think the more that she learns your body, Where you’re holding your pain attention it will be amazing !!!! Go CoCO!

Just be very careful if you got a gift certificate from here. I’m so disappointed. My cousin got me a gift certificate for a deep tissue massage which was for 30 minutes which cost 70$. When I came in, I told her I didn’t want the deep tissue massage because I’m sensitive and if I could just get an hour of the table massage. With the language barrier, from what I understood she said that because the gift certificate was for 30 minutes deep tissue, I would have to do 30 minutes for the table massage that’s 60$. I told her I didn’t mind paying for the difference mind you an hour for a table massage is 80$. The massage was okay this time, not great like the first time I came here. I still gave her a 20$ cash for tip but what I didn’t understand is why I was charge an additional 60$ when I already have a gift certificate for 70$. When I ask she said no she said for an additional 30 minutes it’s 60$ table massage. Mind you I couldn’t tell the difference with a deep tissue massage or a table massage that whole hour the pressure was EXACTLY the same. I felt like I was scammed. An hour for table massage is 80$ and an hour for deep tissue is 90$ I ended up paying $130 not including the tip for an hour of half and half that she said she did. THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. So what if I wanted a full hour of deep tissue that’s 90$ on the menu so what then I would have been charged an additional 70$ instead of the difference all together that’s 140$ instead of the 90$ . All the other massage listed in the photo for that price is at least an hour and a half. So scammy that they would even do this and use the language barrier as an excuse shameful business practice. The value of gift certificate is still 70$ like I understand what the gift certificate stated it was for but to up charge that significantly is just ridiculous and overly greedy. I liked coming here but now I don’t even want to come back. Mind you I introduced my whole family to this place and we enjoyed coming here but we will definitely take our business somewhere else because this was such a scam. Update: the owner started texting me and didn’t even apologize. Very rude and aggressive.
