Holistic Bodyworks Massage

After my LIPO360 procedure I was in search of a massage therapist that would help me through my post operation journey. Holistic Bodyworks Massage is not only helping me with my recovery Ann also helps you focus on your mental and emotional health as well. When you walk into the facility, it quickly calms your spirit and you can feel the positive energy. Ann has extensive knowledge of the human muscular system and that knowledge is felt in each session. I started with Lymphatic Drainage Massages, Cavitation Massages, Radio Frequency, Vacuum Therapy and now I have made it a weekly requirement for my physical, mental and emotional health. Beyond the massages, the facility is SUPER CLEAN! I was so lucky to find this hidden gem!! Ann has mastered her craft and selecting her services is hands down my best decision outside of being super happy with my results.

I've been doing neuromuscular re-education with Ana and it has been amazing. I've had nerve pain for over a year and shes slowly uncovering the issues for a long term resolve and its been so relieving on my muscles. Definitely recommend!!

Ana Maria is the perfect person to go to for post-op lymphatic drainage massage after Lipo 360! I've had 7 or so sessions with her so far, and I couldn't ask for better results. There are night and day differences after each session. She's friendly and knowledgeable on healing the body. Ana Maria doesn't gatekeep information/withhold techniques, and she shares these with you to aid in your healing between massage sessions, which I greatly appreciate. It's clear that she genuinely wants her clients to heal as quickly and safely as possible. Her workspace is soothing, professional, and clean, and I highly recommend any post-op patients in need of lymphatic drainage massage to head her way! (Her new location was slightly difficult for me to find, as her company name is not on the front of the suite's wall outside, so I've attached a picture.) **UPDATE**: Her new sign is now outside the building!

Ana Maria has changed my life! I am so grateful to have found her. I had been dealing with right hip pain that would go all the way down to my knee, calf and feet/toes. I have seen ortho docs, did PT twice. And while the pain would relieve for a while, it always came back. One visit with Ana Maria and it was completely gone! She also taught me how to get it back on track if it repeats. Anytime I have an issue with my body I make an appt! She is spiritual, and knowledgeable about the body in all aspects. Everything connects. Can't say enough good things about her. Again, so thankful to have found her.

Ana Maria was friendly, the place was clean, she very sharing with her knowledge of massages & wellness. The location was a challenge to find - she had to come outside , the sinage was not her business name. The 1 star is selected for the reasons below: Changing the visit from $120 to $170 during the massage. Speaking negatively about views of liposuction and people dying from it when the business services those who have had it. Not providing the appropriate method of Lymphatic Drainage Massage for post-operative needs. *The therapist used after her was effective with a fraction of the cost. You cannot drain post-operative fluids with a "pet your skin like a cat method ". Stroking the skin softly is not moving those fluids to the Lymphatic System in this case. The visit was overpriced for the service provided and I don't think you should advertise for post-operative massages until educated in the solutions based on those needs. Overall, very nice person- very nice.. but paying for nice was not the objective. And never increase prices during a service- that's bad business. I don't recommend for post-operative massages though she might be good with other massage options.
