I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Sono Bello Jacksonville team. From start to finish, the care I received was truly phenomenal. Dr. Robertson was incredible—professional, highly skilled, and reassuring every step of the way. I felt completely confident in her care and genuinely listened to throughout the entire process. My nurse, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing. Her compassion, attention to detail, and calming presence made such a difference and helped put me at ease from day one. She truly went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. I also want to thank my consultant, Alysha, who was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with every decision. This entire team made me feel cared for, respected, and supported. If you’re considering Sono Bello, the Jacksonville location is the place to go. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and highly recommend them.

From start to finish my experience was 5 stars. All my concerns were addressed promptly, from the office to the OR. My surgeon called me personally to answer any questions I had. Dr. Robertson is straightforward about expectations and how you can achieve the best results. I am amazed how easily your body recovers with Sono Bello’s approach to body contouring. It’s truly non-invasive and down time minimal. Even with incisions I was back to work in two days!!

Sono Bello really did it again for me. I just had my second procedure and I’m leaving this experience feeling even more confident about my decision to come here in the first place. You don’t feel like “just another appointment.” You feel seen, respected, and taken care of. And of course I have to give a special thank you to Adriene, my nurse. She was so kind, so generous, and so accommodating throughout the whole process. She checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, she’s the kind of nurse who makes a stressful day feel manageable, even peaceful. If you’re considering Sono Bello and you’re nervous, I get it, but this team is the real deal. Between Dr. Robertson’s excellence and Adriene’s compassion, I felt supported from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Sonobello in Jacksonville, the Staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything, from my consultation with Mrs.Yousef to my procedure with Dr.Hardy and the care that the Staff provided to me. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or anxious. I would definitely recommend going to Sonobello if you need any procedure done.

They have great nurses who walk you through all the steps and what to expect. There is an after hours line available and the doctors are board certified. I happen to have one of the best plastic surgeons in Jacksonville do my surgery and I'm happy I had this experience with them!
