Dermanova Spa Jacksonville

I have been several times and I see the same massage therapist. He is professional always ready when I arrive (even where I arrive early). The facility is right up the street from my house. It is clean, quiet, and they offer a nice selection of complimentary beverages when you done.

Came in for a couples massage. Booked it in advance and had an appointment for both of us and immediately got turned away because the receptionist said someone walked out and quit weeks ago and realized they didn’t have enough people there to be able to do it. They asked us to reschedule for a hour or later, but we already scheduled our whole day around it and had plans to travel right after. Could have called in advance instead of having us walk in to find out as we got there. Extremely disappointed.

I’m not sure about the massage because I didn’t get one. But a heads up don’t book online. I booked online for a 2 pm, received a confirmation email. Got there, and was told I didn’t have an appointment and should’ve gotten a message to call and confirm. Explained that I didn’t get this, and showed what I did get. The guy working just seem kind of confused by it, which is fine, but there was nothing they could do.

My wife an I recently visited this massage place today and was thoroughly impressed! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was incredibly calming and relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful escape!"
