Pure Hydration

I’ve been sick most of the day but wanted to wait to make sure I wasn’t contagious . Finally at 4:30 I realized it was just something I ate. I started calling at 4:45 and it just kept hanging up on me. I’m very dehydrated and I’m a heart patient. I finally drove over and arrived at 5:30 and asked for just a regular IV and they looked at me and said we do our last IV at 5:15 . That was after they asked me how I was and I said I’m not well. They could tell I was desperately in need of help. I don’t know why they say they close at six when in fact, they close at 5:15. I’ve been to many of their locations and this is by far the rudest I’ve ever seen someone treat a customer who’s clearly not feeling well that they could’ve easily helped. I do not recommend this location

Pure Hydration has GREAT service, nurse and staff are super friendly. Such a relaxing and clean environment. taking needed steps to make sure everybody is safe coming in. I loved how the nurse wore a mask, such a super nice place. 10/10 recommend.

I reached out about possibly scheduling and asked were any of the iv bags on sale she said no then I asked were their any new member promotions she said no sorry but I decided to book anyways because I wanted to try out the service and as soon as I go to the website to book it said 20% off for new clients. I called back and asked why that wasn't mentioned when I just called she had no answer she was rude and said because I didn't know but if its there then I guess you can use it. Bad attitude very nonchalant and unprofessional so I decided to not move forward with my booking

Came here for the hangover cure and my gosh did it, the staff was extremely friendly and the nurse was really gentle with the needle if I ever have to get an IV to bring me back to life ( I pray I never experience that again) this will 10000% be the place I go! 10/10 Also really comfy chairs.

Visited this location back in February and received excellent service. I got an iv and shot of something. I can’t remember exactly what they were, but I’m back on Google looking up their info 3 months later bc whatever it was gave me an energy boost and overall calm. Would recommend.
