Vivo Infusion Jacksonville

Each and every time I go to the clinic, I’m treated as though I’m the only appointment they have and, really no wait time. They are concerned with my overall health as far as the reason I’m there. In and out with no hassle and always friendly faces. Very professional at best.

I have been using this office for 2 years. Vivo is a wonderful place. They really care about your needs and help you at all times. They make sure I am so comfortable every time I receive my infusion. They answer any questions that I may have and very attentive. This is such a clean office. Thank you Vivo

My husband has been using Vivo for several years with regular infusions every two weeks. The staff is professional and knowledgeable - and are flexible in changing dates and times as needed. The current infusion tech, Connie is very organized and is always prepared. Her attitude is helpful and friendly leading all of her patients to a great experience. We drive over twenty miles to go there, but it is well worth the drive (other places which are closer to us do not have the same positive vibe).

zero stars, this place is largely incompetent and unwilling to help a patient. I have been trying to get infusion done for approx 1 month and am constantly told they need more info from prescribing physician, which i have contacted multiple times and this info has been faxed to them multiple times which they do not follow up on and will not tell me what info is needed so that I may assist them getting it, just a constant run around and lack of accountability or any information. also have called me to say we are working on it and will talk to your physician, only for me to call my physician and they have not called or sought information at all. avoid if you can.
