I had an amazing experience at New Life. Through the program, I was able to lower my A1C by 2 points. I lost 4 pounds and it taught me how to eat healthy through nutrition and exercise. Before the program, I had no energy. Since I’ve gone through the program, I have a lot more energy. The staff was amazing. Sabrina and Dr Tracy was very helpful. I looking forward to continuing my health journey with everything I’ve learned through the program.

This program has been a life changing experience. The videos and documents provided have been extremely helpful and educational. I am beginning to understand how I should be eating and exercising to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Simple eating and routine exercise has really improved my overall health. I would absolutely recommend New Life Healthcare. As a mom of six, I reached a point where I was not the mom I wanted to be.
