Dr Perlman is not only very thorough, he has a great bedside manner and relates well to patients. I scheduled an appointment for my mother because she is new to the area and we are establishing her new medical and care network. I love Dr. Perlman's approach which includes Functional and Integrative Medicine and although he has an extensive background of heading up departments at esteemed institutions such as Mayo and Duke, he established a quick and easy connection with my mother. I would recommend him to anyone.

This clinic has been an answered prayer! Everyone at the office is truly fantastic! Working with Edsel and Marco has been the best thing I have ever done for my chronic pain, migraines and headaches. Seeing them is my favorite part of the week! They understand pain and hyper mobility like no one else. I am so thankful for everyone at this office!

My therapist is amazing. Reina Fernandez goes beyond the usual. She really has inconspicuously made me take inventory of myself. Reina is a loving beautiful person. I thought she wasn’t going to be able to handle me, however, she proved me wrong. I have taken her advice and have seen positive results. Her strategies to help me are very effective. Reina lets ME figure out on my own my strengths and weaknesses. Thanks to Reina I see a new future.

I highly recommend Edsel Bittencourt as a physical therapist. Before I saw Edsel, I was still having major issues 7 months post total knee replacement. My knee was very swollen and hot to the touch. My range of motion was poor despite 6+ months of post operative PT and several months of chiropractic care. I walked with a very noticeable limp and was in constant pain. My orthopedic surgeon had even suggested a follow up surgery to try and figure out what was wrong. Thankfully, within 1-2 appointments with Edsel, I was finally moving in the right direction. Swelling quickly dissipated and my knee was cool to the touch. I no longer walk with a limp, pain has significantly decreased, and I am continuing to make gains on my range of motion. He also corrected my hip misalignment during the initial session. Edsel is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He spends a full hour per appointment performing manual therapy, Winback TECAR Therapy, and dry needling. Edsel truly understands how different body parts interconnect. Edsel is also very knowledgeable about EDS. The CHI team members are extremely friendly and professional. If you experiencing chronic pain or headaches, I would not hesitate to recommend Edsel and CHI.

Edsel is excellent! He always knows right away what's going on with your body. He pin points the underlying cause of your symptoms. He explains everything so well, so you know that by following his instructions and protocol you will heal.
