I had an amazing experience at Gentle Dentistry! I first saw Nikki as my hygienist, and she was so kind, incredibly gentle, and very thorough with my cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Tong was very personable, caring, and well-spoken when explaining my x-rays/scans/treatment. Kelly at the front desk was also wonderful and helped me clearly understand scheduling, payments, and my treatment plan. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but the entire office made the experience inviting, comfortable, and educational. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry; they are truly the best! Can’t wait for my next visit!

1000/10 experience. Jessie and Kelly are warm welcoming faces when you first walk through the door. Dr Tong spent so much time with me getting to better understand my needs. I have never had a dentist spend that much time truly trying to get a full picture of my issues and educating me on what was going on. Natalie is a sweetheart and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Nicki did my cleaning and she was wonderful and extremely patient and helpful as I had my 9 month old daughter with me so we had to pause several times. The office is cozy and the staff is warm and welcoming. I have had terrible dental experiences in the past and they made me 1000% comfortable. They truly are a GENTLE dentistry. So happy I found this place!

I want to take a moment to truly praise Dr. Tong and his amazing team—especially Kelly and Mariela. This office is exceptional. After having some negative dental experiences in the past, I developed a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, which kept me from wanting to get any care done. This office completely changed my perspective and restored my faith in the field. As a medical provider myself, I deeply value professionals who take the time to educate you on their recommendations with honesty and without pressure. Dr. Tong does exactly that. He listens, shows genuine compassion, and uses state-of-the-art techniques that are both effective and painless. They’ve thought of everything to make patients comfortable—from offering sunglasses, headphones, blankets, and drinks, to something I found especially thoughtful: digital photos with brief personal bios of each staff member you’ll meet. It’s such a comforting, human touch that helps ease nerves and provides a pleasant distraction—much better than staring at ads or intimidating dental posters. All of these details matter when providing care, and this team consistently goes the extra mile. What I appreciated most is that they schedule Dr. Tong to see only one patient at a time, so you truly receive the attention you deserve. As someone who also works in a caregiving profession, I deeply respect providers who uphold that standard. I will absolutely be referring my own clients here—something I don’t take lightly, as I don’t trust just anyone with their care. You’ve earned a patient for life!

I’m not a person that loves going to the dentist by any stretch of the imagination — but the amazing people at Gentle Dentistry have, for the first time, made me LOOK FORWARD TO my appointments rather than dread them. They are so caring — they handled me with such grace and care through two pregnancies and made sure to make me feel comfortable during necessary dental work during those pregnancies, since anesthesia was not an option. Nicki, my dental hygienist, is amazing — and I also love Dr. Tong who makes you feel right at home during his examinations. There’s also such a warmth between the staff members at this office, and you can tell they are extremely family-oriented. There’s a slideshow detailing photos and memories from all those who work there, and it’s so nice to have a built-in conversation starter with them after I’ve just seen an adorable photo of their dogs/kids/nieces/grandkids. I highly recommend them!!!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever visited! Parking was so easy along with a clean environment! The moment you walk in you are greeted by such enthusiastic, genuine staff. The hygienist’s at this office also are amazing!! From the front desk to the back office you can see how much they care and value every patient. Dr. Tong is very knowledgeable, Professional and gentle. A doctor that shows care and comfort all in one! Absolutely loved this office. Highly recommend for any age! 10/10 thank you all for you generosity ❤️
