Hands down Best General Dentist! Dr. Briggs is not only kind and gentle but does quality work. He makes you feel comfortable and takes great care of you. He is the only dentist I know that does a trick with his hand so you don't feel getting numb for dental treatment! I've been going to him since I was 18. Now he takes care of my whole family! And he has the best office manager Mrs. Ivette that anyone can ask for. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Superb! Beyond excellent! The staff and Dr Briggs are absolutely the friendliest and want nothing more than for you to feel comfortable from beginning to end. I live with dynamic neurological disabilities that can be easily triggered into a flare during dental and other medical appointments. Dr Briggs and his team went far above my expectations to not only ensure I was in a safe space but to truly understand what I experience with my disabilities so the team has the knowledge they need to best support me. I can’t stop raving about my experience at Carrollwood Smiles!!!

Very disappointed with this front office, customer services very bad, they scheduled an appointment and call you back to remind you and then, they don’t take the time to verify your insurance coverage, and make people waste their time. It should be more professional customer service. Even if is on holiday, needs to be aware of everything.

Friendly team, very knowledgeable and they listen to your goals to having better oral health and a beautiful smile. I have just begun my journey with this group and will begin before and after photos to show that even for a person approaching 50, you can get your smile back and oral health on track. Never too late. They are a team that understands financial struggles and work with you on designing a plan. Great team and practice!

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff at Carrollwood Smiles was outstanding. They accepted me last minute during a dental emergency, and I was overwhelmed with gratitude at how compassionate and accommodating everyone was — especially given that I currently don’t have insurance. The front desk team worked with me on payment options, making sure finances didn’t stand in the way of care. The environment was peaceful, professional, and kind. Doc was hands down one of the most professional, informative, and gentle dentists I’ve ever experienced. I walked in with unbearable pain — and walked out feeling healed, informed, and at peace.
