I love this practice the staff is super sweet and friendly to myself and my children. Very comfortable and clean environment. The doctor goes way above and beyond in making sure everything is a right fit for me. I love this practice , and I will definitely continue using them for myself and my family in the future. If you're looking for a dentist, no need to look anymore. This is definitely the right place for you.There will be sure to take care of you and make you feel welcomed and at home just as they did me and my family.

I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone searching for a highly skilled and reliable dentist. My father was visiting and required emergency dental work on his bridge for his front teeth. He contacted several local dentists and not one could fix his bridge since he was here for a short time and they contract labs to fix bridges. Dr. Patel’s office was able to see him and fix his bridge the same day. My father was very happy with the quality of care, the wonderful staff, as well as the prompt response and attention given to him. Thank you Dr. Patel, Meriem and Y’Asia!

I highly recommend Dr. Krishna Patel, she is exceptionally professional and incredibly friendly. What truly stands out is her approach to patient education: she is fantastic at sharing recommendations, clearly detailing the examples and benefits of each treatment option so I could make an informed choice. My recent session, which included a full cleaning and other procedures, was super smooth and incredibly gentle. I honestly never felt any discomfort during the entire 1-hour appointment—a huge relief! The support and billing staff are also wonderful, always too friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience stress-free. EDIT: Dr. Patel reached out personally to try and resolve the issue. There's a new system causing major issues with insurance verifications. I still haven't spoken to him because I've been very busy. Ultimately, I still have an issue with the staff member promising something and not delivering, and I had a brutal cleaning the last time I was in, but I appreciated Dr. Patel reaching out to make it right. I still have some insurance issues as AETNA has told me that they will no longer be in network, so I'm not sure what I will do there. Leaving the original review below and adjusting the star rating. Original Review: I have been going to this dentist for over a decade. Since 2012 or so. Over the years they have seen extremely high turnover, to the point where I have a different hygienist ever time I go. It's been that way for a few years at this point. The last time I was there, I still had no cavities, but the person who cleaned my teeth made it absolutely excruciatingly painful. I have gone a couple of years without cleanings before due to covid and layoffs and didn't have that much pain. I thought, well at least the turnover is so high that I won't likely get this person again. Fastforward and I have an appointment for regular cleaning on 3/4/26. Over the course of last week, I received a ton of communications via text and calls getting my updated insurance information. I have recently switched careers and insurance providers. I was still in network, but Dr. Patels office claim they need a member ID rather than just a group ID which is all that's on my card. They treat me like I'm dumb and tell me to look harder, but of course there is no member ID on the card. I explain this to them multiple times via text and call, and explain that this is quite the hassle as I'm trying to work and dealing with this every day. I ask them to please call the provider with the information I've given them and have them work it out. They claim they are going to do this and call me back. They never do. About an hour before the appointment, I call the provider and explain and they tell me in about 20 seconds that the dentist just needs the group ID and my social to verify. A simple fix. It's clear to me that instead of calling the insurance company like I did, that they didn't bother to do anything. At this point all the back and forth as to whether or not I was covered made me decide to cancel the appointment until they could get it today. Today, one day later I get a notification that the office is leaving the coverage network. These people thing you're just a number and care nothing about your wellbeing. At this point, even if they accepted my insurance I wouldn't go back. I'll find an office with follow-through and familiar face each visit.
