Fantastic dentist & person! Very caring, understanding, kind, & is incredibly calm with his clients. I've seen many special needs people come & leave calmly from his office. This speaks a LOT about his character & genuine caring about his patients!! And his staff are all similar in their kind & caring nature!

Just had another great experience with Dr. Donato during my son’s most recent dental care. We have been going to LifeTime Smiles for several years and are so grateful to have found such a gifted and caring dentist who is comfortable treating special needs patients. And I cannot say enough good things about Karen, the hospital coordinator. She is friendly, knowledgeable and spends a lot of time and effort making sure everything goes smoothly. She is a tremendous asset to LifeTime Smiles.

I thank God that this dental office exists. It is not easy to find a dentist that sees individuals that are developmentally challenged. The entire staff works with you to make the visit a pleasant one. They take the time to answer your questions and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend them.

We have always been treated 'like family' by Dr. Donato and all of his staff. Currently my son is needing to have surgery at the hospital for the extensive dental procedures he needs. I have been working with Karen Pimienta to arrange the surgery, etc. Through several phone calls and emails, she has gone out of her way to calm my fears and worries. If you find you or someone you care for needs dental surgery in the hospital, be assured, you will receive EXCELLENT care from Karen. She is a perfect reflection of the quality of care you will receive from Lifetime Smiles dental.

I would just like to start by saying “Juan told my Wife that he don’t mind. If my wife’s husband comes to the appointments with my daughter, but in that Office and I quote.(He is God) So yes, that’s what he said, so if you go Si Dr. Juan Remember, he is God and that Office . I will start. This review. Has nothing to do with the wonderful people that work at this facility. I would only like to express my feelings. I am a father, who has been coming here for well over five years. I was here with my daughter are original. Doctor was not there Which is a great doctor. By the way, I proceeded to tell one of the conversations I’ve had with the doctor concerning my Daughter. He had a difference of A opinion and right away, jumped at me and said that if I didn’t like what he had to say, I could wait on my daughters original doctor and go with him. I was only expressing what my daughters original doctor has talked to me, and my family about My daughter, being that he is the primary dentist, who has seen my daughter I’m guessing he did not like that. He walked away from me. Decided he was no longer wanting to talk to me to the point where I asked him why he got up Apparently, he was very unprofessional, and the way he handled the matter, and as I kept asking questions threatened to have the cops called On me and kicked me out yet. He left my wife and my daughter in there, which I am the legal representative to my daughter, but I walked out. So that he could have his way, and I guess get the attention that he still needed from my wife and my daughter Minded. My daughter Is blind and has autism, which is why she needs us both there at her side I have never been to any other place where I have felt so. Little, and be led by someone. Because I did not fall in his Opinion of what he thought was right, when the only question I asked was You’re wanting to do something to my daughter that Doctor has said, was not a good idea, and that offended him And because of that I got kicked out of the office And I was threatened with calling the cops on me. There was more than enough staff there. To see that I did nothing wrong yet as I was walking out through my own Will He continued to be unprofessional, and keep talking behind me Later on, my wife, talked to me and concerned the matter in which he Spoke of me while she was in there. Remember, Dr. Juan. That was my wife and my daughter you were talking to in there. Not sure where you thought you were going to gain approval in minutes and try to turn them against me I will never have him see my daughter again, or even have a conversation with him. I thought I would just expressed my concerns on his behave . My next step will be putting a claim with the State dentistry
