Laser Hair Removal by Natasha

I had an excellent experience at Laser Hair Removal, by Natasha. The place is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Natasha is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. The treatment was quick and effective, and I’m already seeing great results. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality laser treatments and outstanding customer service.

When we tried to reschedule the laser removal appointment, the staff member spoke to my friend in a rude and harsh manner due to her limited English. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I recently had a Brazilian laser session with this lady, and it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. I had an appointment at 5:15, but I was made to wait until 5:45-5:50 before she even started. She didn't even apologize for the delay and that's fine to me but, it was the way she handled the session that was truly disappointing. As it was my first time getting a Brazilian, I expressed my concerns and asked her to go slow and be gentle. She assured me she would be calm and careful, but it was anything but that. The session was rushed, and when I asked her to stop because it was too painful, she ignored me and continued in a harsh manner. Within just a few minutes by 6:00, she declared the session "done" — it was far from the quality or comfort I expected. What bothered me the most was the lack of professionalism and empathy. It felt like she only cared about getting the job done quickly and taking my money, with no regard for my comfort or needs. I would not recommend this place at all. Ladies, be cautious — this is a big no-no. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share. Definitely not recommended!

We bought two laser hair removal packages with my daughter and we completed 4 sessions each with so many complications on her end with cancelling many many times making excuses. When I called to schedule for the other sessions, she stopped answering my calls. I called repeatedly with no luck in getting ahold of her. One day I decided to use my husband’s phone to call her and she picked up! I tried to figure out why she wasn’t picking up my calls because I still had 2 sessions each for me and my daughter and she was the nastiest person talking very inappropriately to me and not refunding me for the sessions unused. She is blaming me and making excuses and lies about me cancelling. She is a thief! She did this to several other people that I spoke with! Please stay away! I will be contacting bbb and making a complaint as well
