Dr. Castellano did an amazing job on my breast augmentation — I’m so happy with the results. Nadine and Mary are the best for Botox and filler, and Carol is the only person I will see for any laser treatment. The front desk is always so welcoming, and Pam, the practice manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to help. I would highly recommend them!

I am disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and lift especially after consulting with other reputable surgeons. I was left with uneven and jagged incision areas and scarring, with noticeable asymmetry. My nipples are now different sizes, and the right breast never properly settled in the pocket. The lack of follow-up is also concerning. I saw Dr Castellano briefly a few days after the surgery and that was it. I still had bandages on at that appointment so I am not sure understood the final results. I just saw him in December 2025 with concerns hoping that over time the look would improve. At this recent visit, I was told the breast “looked good” and that keeping nipples the same size is difficult. I was also told I would receive an estimate to correct the issue of one implant not dropping into the pocket correctly, but nearly a month later, I have not received anything from his office. I have been getting repair consults from other surgeons to see what my options are. I am sharing this so others understand the importance of researching not just credentials and review, but a surgeon’s consistency, technical skill, and follow-up care. There is a real difference between Drs, and I encourage anyone considering this procedure to do extensive due diligence before choosing a surgeon. //// In response to your reply below... I want to add context for anyone reading this. I am posting this publicly from my professional account, which is not something I do lightly, especially regarding a private medical matter. I am choosing transparency because this experience is real and intended as a learning opportunity for others. To clarify a few points for accuracy: I returned to the office recently to discuss concerns with the surgical outcome and right breast. Regarding follow-up care, I do not have any appointment confirmations, emails, texts, or calendar reminders for the 6- or 10-week post-operative visits following surgery, aside from the initial 3-day follow-up while I was still in bandages. I am diligent, organized, and take medical instructions and follow-through seriously. Post-operative appointments are important for monitoring healing and discussing options, but they do not alter surgical technique or execution. The concerns I raised overall relate to scar formation, implant position, and symmetry, which are outcomes of the surgery itself. I believe matters of this nature warrant direct physician call rather than the text message I received yesterday from a general office number. At this point, I am choosing not to pursue further corrective work here. I wish the practice well.

I had a great experience getting liposuction 360 here as well as chin lipo. Dr. Castellano did a great job. I was already on the thinner side, but my results look great. I also go here for lip filler and Botox with Mary and she’s great. Lovely place.
