Faces of South Tampa

I have been going to Lindsey for years and could not be happier with her. She is so talented and very detail oriented and thorough. She explains things well and never overdoes anything. She is the best. Faces is very organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I wanted to publicly express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this establishment. While I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, the issues I encountered warrant this feedback. I traveled from Pinellas county for an appointment that was scheduled for 10:30am, but I was not seen until 11am, which indicates a disregard for patient time. Initially, I intended to have a laser procedure, but I was advised that Morpheus would better address my specific skin concerns. The numbing process lasted a maximum of 15 minutes. When I questioned this short duration, especially compared to other clinics where I've experienced at least 45 minutes of numbing, I was told that this facility uses the strongest numbing cream available and that 15 minutes is its peak effectiveness. This explanation was unconvincing and raised concerns about the efficacy of the numbing applied. Furthermore, the Morpheus procedure itself only took about 10 minutes. Upon reflection, it appears that not all areas of my face were treated evenly, which is concerning for the overall outcome. After my procedure was completed, I took a quick glance into the waiting room and noticed several patients waiting to be seen. This observation only substantiated my initial thought that Faces of South Tampa is attempting to accommodate as many patients as possible and treat them quickly, seemingly without proper regard for patient experience or treatment outcomes. I have visited many medspas in the past and have had positive experiences; however, this visit has unfortunately been one of the most disappointing and anticlimactic experiences I have ever encountered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment at all.

I do not trust anyone else but Jennifer for Botox and filler. I moved back north but still come to see her when I am in town. She is the best at what she does and I would highly recommend her especially if, like me, you tend to be anxious regarding these procedures. She has a great bedside manner and I am always happy with the result. Best of all, I have never had any bruising.

I have been seeing Berkeley for about 2 years now and she is the best injector I have ever been too! She always knows exactly what to do to give me a fresh and natural look. She is also so gentle and makes the overall experience enjoyable and painless!
