Opulent Med Spa

I had an amazing experience at Opulent spa! Michelle is the absolute best! She has an expert eye and takes her time with each procedure. She is very professional and knowledgeable. It is obvious she has a passion for what she does and truly cares for her clients!

Opulent is a beautiful, warm, welcoming environment. I live in the community/development and wanted to support their business when arriving here last year. Unfortunately, after my first Botox appointment, I had to come back two weeks later to have the injector correct the areas of concern that she missed the first time around, having to pay more out of pocket for an error that I had no control over. After careful consideration, I thought I would give it another chance, returning four months later. It is convenient for me and wanting again, to support my neighborhood businesses. However, I had the exact same problem, having to revisit the medspa for more injections with the same injector, paying another couple of extra hundred dollars out of pocket. I then decided to go elsewhere to a plastic surgeon - had no issues at all. After finding out Opulent hired a new injector a couple of months ago, I recently gave it another try. Same thing happened. Left with no results, injections were not placed in the correct areas of concern, leaving me very disappointed. I have been getting Botox in the same areas for over 20 years. At this point, I thought it would be best to write a personal letter to Jason, one of the owners. It was a very kind, honest, thoughtful letter explaining my concerns. I had asked for a refund as this was not the first time this had happened. Three weeks later, never received a reply. I had to go into the spa on several different occasions letting the office manager aware, who is incredibly kind, that it has been discourteous and unprofessional that not one of the owners had yet to respond to my messages or made the time to discuss my request regarding my distress and dissatisfaction. I went back one last time today, wrote a brief message again, asking for a refund as I still never heard back from either Jason or Rob. I finally received a very short, quick, abrupt voicemail early this evening, which came from an unknown caller, who was Rob, the other owner, saying we do not give refunds. The owners did not even offer me a free touch up or hey, let’s make this right or try and work as professionals addressing a customers dissatisfaction, treating them with respect and grace. Instead, Rob said, sorry we lost you as a customer. This is my home, I live here year round and support every single company whom I have great relationships with. Opulent is not a place I will be returning to, as the ‘I don’t care’ attitude is not what you expect from a business/owner.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Michelle, my injector, is absolutely incredible. She really takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and explains everything thoroughly so you feel comfortable with the process. Her technique is so gentle and precise — I barely felt a thing, and the results look natural but still give me that refreshed, confident look I was hoping for. Michelle has a true eye for detail and makes sure everything is tailored to your face, not a one-size-fits-all approach. On top of her skill, she’s warm, kind, and professional, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I left feeling amazing and already know I’ll be coming back to see Michelle again. If you’re considering treatments, I highly recommend asking for her — you’ll be in the best hands!

I’ve had a great experience here! MJ is an excellent injector and she has a wonderful team of aestheticians who know skin in and out. I did a deluxe hydrafacial and left feeling so refreshed. The location is great, and the staff are all super friendly.

I came to Opulent Med Spa for an IV treatment but never actually got one. The chairs in the lobby are super nice and comfortable, so that’s a plus. I brought my Pedialyte in a Yeti and settled in, but nobody was at the front desk for 45 minutes. I even called the spa twice from inside, and still no one answered the phone. I could hear people in the back rooms talking though. Finally, someone showed up just to tell me they had no one there who could do IVs today. I left more hydrated from my own Pedialyte than from the spa. One star for the fancy chairs, and one for teaching me patience.
