This place is a life saver and the whole staff is amazing! The owners Mike and Kat are absolutely wonderful, they take the time to talk to you about any concerns or questions you may have. They reassure at your first consult, that you can call them about anything, and they truly mean it. I have spoken to Kat a couple of times. You’re lucky these days, if you can get any doctors or healthcare providers on the phone, so you know what a blessing it is that you can call or talk to the owners and they actually care. So far I’ve had 3 rounds of pellet and it has completely stopped my hot flashes and night sweats. I can’t tell you what a relief that’s been, it’s also helped a lot with other symptoms I was going through that I had no idea had to do with menopause like brain fog, muscle ache, body fatigue, libido and energy. Understand that everyone is different and I’m just letting you know my experience, but if you read other reviews you will see it’s worth it! I met Heidi for the first time today for my pellet therapy and she was absolutely amazing, her bed side manner, her energy and her knowledge is above par. I seriously didn’t feel a thing when they did the pellet therapy. She makes you do relaxed just speaking with her that the whole experience is just easy, stress free and simply wonderful. I highly recommend Infinity Medical Institute, especially if you’re suffering from all the symptoms I listed above due to menopause but they do so much more than pellet therapy so I recommend them all around!
