The Lash Resort and Brow Studio

I took advantage of the special mid-summer special to have a trainee apply a full set of mink lashes in a natural wispy style. They looked awesome. She did a great job in styling and applying, and I didn’t have any type of irritation, and my eyelashes weren’t glued together. However, they only stayed on four days. So I was very disappointed by this and my eyes looked like I had mange. I reached out to the Salon, and somebody responded and offered to have them reapplied. When I came back a week later to have them reapplied, The girl had no idea what was done previously, there was a communication barrier because she didn’t speak English, and it was difficult to communicate with her, she wanted to give me something that was not what I had originally paid for… But with the help of another tech we were able to get it sorted out. She applied the lashes and they didn’t look anything like what I had originally asked for. They weren’t the natural wispy style, but they were rather thick, and she glued my eyelashes together on the right eye and had to cut a few apart. When I opened my eyes, it felt like needles were sticking into my eyeball, and my eyes started watering really badly and it hurt whether I was blinking or whether my eyes were closed, so clearly she had glued some of the eyelashes in a way that they were poking into my eyes or something. I had to rinse my right eye out with saline in the dark bathroom, they had no magnifying mirrors, no place where there might be some light with a magnifying mirror that I could look in my eye to figure out what was going on. The bathrooms are very dark, so I was essentially trying to rinse my eye out with no way to see what was going on in my eye. The irritation was so bad that half the eyelashes fell off and so she had to reapply them. When she put the Eyelashes back on my right eye, she only put half of what was on the left eye so now my right eye looks like it’s only half done and the left eye is actually thicker than what I wanted it to be, The two eyes don’t match. Also, when I got home and I was able to look in my lighted magnifying mirror in my bathroom, I saw what the issue was. The way she attach the eyelashes on my right eye left little clear, quill-like points, where the Eyelash Clusters join together into a point, and these were not adhered to my eyelash, rather they were sticking out and actually overlapping the water line of my upper eyelash so every time I blinked or closed my eyes, they would rotate out and poke into my eye. So to sum up, I came to this place two times and trusted them to do my eyelashes, And they messed up both times. Now I need to go to the person I usually go to to have her pull these off and reinstall my eyelashes so they 1 - look natural, 2- are even, 3 - Don’t fall off after four days & 5 - Don’t jab me in the eyeballs With the quills. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did offer to fix them when they fell off.

Sasha did an amazing job on my brow wax and tint. She perfectly matched the tint to my hair color and shaped my brows beautifully. She took her time and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this studio and their services!

Obsessed with my lashes! Cheyenne does SUCH a great job every single time. Perfect shape, perfect fullness, and they last. You can tell she truly cares about her work. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I haven’t gotten lashes in two years. Flew into town, googled and found this place. So glad they could accommodate a same day two hour appointment. This is the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Fernanda was especially great and is a perfectionist! I left out feeling extremely confident . The vibe in this spa from the decor, plants, staff and selection of music is amazing to me and I will be grateful for this experience forever.

I usually go to amazing lashes, but the last 2x I’ve been my lashes haven’t been long lasting at all...anyways, lash resort is so cute inside, the staff is very professional and they gave me a goodie bag, that include sample of lash wash, eyelash brush, and a eye brush. I got the classic mink w/ a 14 length and open eye style, next time I’m going to add a little volume. Jordonna did my lashes and did a great job.
