Signature Massage & Facial Spa of Tampa

As we booked our couple massage we arrived on time. They did not take us in until 10:05 a.m. as our massage started at 10:00 a.m. it was Valentines Day 2/14/2026. By the time they left us alone and came back in it was 10:10 or a little later. The massage was supposed to be an hour long because that’s what we paid for. I was supposed to get a deep tissue massage and it was not a deep tissue at all. When they were done and walked out the room it was 10:51 a.m. I actually took pictures of the time clock they had in the room and that was after we had gotten off the bed and started to get dressed. If you pay for a full hour you should receive a full hour. Your massage should not be rushed because they book people back to back. Don’t think we will be returning to Signature massage again. That’s our opinion.

Diane took such great care of me today! I booked my very first facial and she made sure to explain what she was doing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left with my skin looking glowy. I will definitely be coming back! I also previously booked a signature massage with Katarina and she was fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I received a good massage today everything was fine up until the end. I don't feel like it I received a full hour and I was asked if I wanted water and I said yes normally the therapist would be waiting at the door for you with your cup of water unfortunately for me this did not happen I waited in the lobby for my boyfriend to complete his session the person that assisted me came back out to the lobby waiting on her next client and still didn't offer to get me water I had to get it myself. All the years that I've been a customer I have never experienced this. The woman at the front desk didn't ask if I wanted to leave a tip which I normally do she just told us to have a good day.

I had my second Signature massage with Martina today. She is absolutely the best!! You can tell that she loves what she does and knows the human body well to address the muscles each client needs.I already scheduled my next massage with her.

My fiancé and I scheduled a full body couples massage. We are from out of town so this was our first time here. Great first impression, nothing but good things to say. Very relaxing and released so much tension. I would definitely recommend.
