He really took the time to listen to what was going on with my body and asked thoughtful questions before we even started, which made me feel heard and cared for right away. During the session, Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and intentional with his techniques. He clearly understands how to work with injuries, not just around them. He focused on the problem areas without making anything feel worse, and I could actually feel the tension releasing as he worked. It wasn’t just relaxing — it felt therapeutic and purposeful. One of the best massages Ive had in my life! Ned had the right amount of pressure and focused on my neck and lower back as requested. Amazing technique. The room was also comfortable and quiet. The hot towel on the neck and face was such a nice touch. And the 60 minute massage was indeed 60 mins. They did not cut corners on the time. Patrick was the therapist for my husband and for a guy who doesn't really like massages - he approved of this one. I highly recommend Patrick and Ned!

Patrick is exceptional. He has an intuitive, grounded approach and clearly knows the body well. I came in with significant tension in my neck and traps, and he was able to release areas that have been tight for a long time. I’ve been going to Patrick for 2 years now and he continues to do just that! He is kind, knowledgeable & understands what to do to help heal your body & customize to your personal needs! He’s been so great at incorporating a lot different techniques like manual therapy, trigger point, myofascial and even adds in cupping or muscle scraping! Patrick is doing great things in expanding and upgrading. The changes to the office are beautiful, peaceful and so welcoming which makes it easy to feel comfortable.
