I loved everything about my experience here. Both of the receptionists I spoke to were so friendly and held great conversation. The ambiance and aesthetic of this spa was beautiful and extremely relaxing. Not your typical “all white and LED lighting” studio. They also have an infrared sauna that can fit two people. Me and my best friend chose red light therapy for our 15 minute session. I had a hot stone massage with Natalia and it may have been the best one I’ve ever received. She works much farther than physical tension and helps you find what’s really been holding onto you mentally and emotionally. If you need a reset on a spiritual level, I truly recommend booking any service with Natalia. I’ll definitely be making another trip to see her

From the moment I walked into Spa Sudeva, I knew this was going to be something special. Every detail is beautifully and intentionally designed, creating a calming, holistic atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The space itself feels like a retreat—thoughtful, serene, and grounded. The front desk director was absolutely amazing and truly set the tone for the entire experience. Warm, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable, they made me feel cared for and present from the very beginning. That level of hospitality makes such a difference and carried through the rest of my visit. I had the Yin and Yang facial with Brittany, and it was hands down one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. This wasn’t just a facial—it was a true mind-body experience. Brittany was intuitive, skilled, and incredibly intentional in her approach. Every step felt purposeful, balancing relaxation with deep restoration. I left feeling relaxed, renewed, and completely aligned. Spa Sudeva is more than a spa—it’s an experience, and I cannot recommend it enough. I will absolutely be back.

Had my first appointment yesterday for the Mind, Body & Spirit massage. It did not disappoint! Next time I will add on the deep tissue or lymphatic massage. Estela was amazing, the front office woman was so friendly (I dont think I got her name) & I loved the atmosphere! The cherry on top was the sauna! This spa will now become part of my monthly routine. I highly recommend!

My first time at Spa Sedeva and it was awesome. My massage therapist Estela was excellent. She provided one of the best massages that I have ever had. The environment and atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Definitely recommend this spa to enjoy a day of pampering yourself. Looking forward to enjoying another massage in the future. If you haven't been I highly recommend them.
