Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa

I visited the Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa while dealing with chronic lower back pain that nothing else had relieved. Dr. Pav immediately recognized that the issue wasn’t just in my lower back—it was originating from tension running all the way from my neck down. She performed a full‑body treatment, and the relief was almost immediate. She also incorporated the DRX9000 machine. It's stretch my spine in a nice, firm, but gentle way. I felt like a tall giant afterwards! The leg compression system was very relaxing and invigorating, and the electrical stimulation made a noticeable difference. I only wish I lived locally, because this would absolutely be my weekly chiropractic home. Highly recommended.

I made the right decision choosing this place for my spinal decompression over the other clinic in Tampa that offers IDD treatment, because the chiropractor at that clinic is just… a terrible person compared to here. Trust me, I tested a lot with Dr. Pav before deciding to undergo treatment with her. She is more knowledgeable than even specialists in some cases, and staff here are nice! Due to my L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1 issues, I wasn’t able to sit for even x hour without experiencing 10/10 pain. I already had constant 4/10 pain from L3-S1 whenever I sat, which increased the longer I remained seated. On top of that, I sometimes experienced immediate sharp pain after long periods of sitting or certain movements, as the nerves around L3-L4 would get poked due to Cauda Equina involvement. After 32 sessions, I can now sit x+1 hours and perform daily activities more easily than before. But note: this is a journey, not an instant fix. No doctor can make you 100% again after a herniated or damaged disc. You will still have limitations even after many treatments, but my life feels a little more hopeful now. Hopefully, I will be able to sit for x + 2 hours with more treatments. I believe this is a realistic goal considering my condition because there are surgeons who are saying I should do a surgery but it could also do more harm than good due to my young age. As long as there is no additional accident or BLT, I should be stable enough and avoid the surgery.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Dr. Pavloa is highly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to listen and explain treatment thoroughly. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place with such great care and genuinely nice people. Highly recommended!

She’s very knowledgeable, and consultation review I received the communication was clear and very educational regarding my plan approach she was going to setup for treatments. When you walk into her office and treatment rooms. The environment is beautiful decorated with a calming, warm and comfortable atmosphere. Her staff are very kind, thoughtful and caring during my treatments. The quality of service and care has been outstanding. I have been suffering with muscle tightness in my neck, shoulders and lower back which is causing me severe nerve irritation and inflammation. The treatments I received have given me some relief of pain and much discomfort I have endured. If anyone looking for an excellent Chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. Pavlova Holistic Center of Tampa.
