Interesting but relaxing experience in the salt room. My wife and I utilized the zero gravity chairs for a while but also rolled out some mats and use their blankets and pillows and laid right on the salt floor for a while. they ask that you take your shoes off before you go into the room. They also have lockers where you can put personal items to feel more relaxed and lock them up. You should not bring your phone or personally electronics because the salt can cause corrosion and mess up your devices. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anybody.

Can I say…. it’s was one beautiful and exciting experience! We enjoyed our 45 min in the salt room , we loved how friendly the staff and the owner were with us, very informative, patient and absolutely amazing people.its very clean in there, cozy ambiance, relaxing and easy parking too. Definitely going back !

Nelson by far is the best Structural Energy Therapist/Massage Therapist in Tampa, FL, his staff is courteous and compassionate. I was diagnosed several yrs. ago with a multitude of diagnoses of my spine and neck which led me to barely being able to walk along with daily pain. I chose not to take any prescription medications or surgery and chiropractic adjustments did not help. Since receiving SET with Nelson I am walking with ease. He is extremely knowledgeable of the body's anatomy and each individual's treatment is customized and explained in detail during your wellness treatment. I am so grateful Nelson was recommended to me and highly recommend him as I learned so much about my body ,why I had back and neck pain and how the body heals.

Really enjoyed the Salt Room, very relaxing and calming, almost like meditating. I swear it helped with my pollen allergies at least for a bit too, not sure if that was a subliminal thing or not but I could definitely breathe easier and my sense of smell seemed to improve after my session ended. Would gladly do it again, it put me in a great mood!

If you are having allergy problems, the salt booth is the place to be! There are many other benefits to the salt room and salt booth. For me, it helps with my chronic sinusitis that tents to lead to an ear infection or bronchitis. The salt booth is like a super concentrated netti pot that breaks through the mucus and knocks out the funk you are trying to get rid of and feel better. I don't know anywhere in the area that has a booth similar to theirs that is as powerful as theirs. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has similar issues and you are looking for a more natural form of relief.
