For the past year, Teresa has been caring for me with MFR & Reflexology. She has helped me manage my severe arthritis pain better than my ortho doctor helping me to continue my active lifestyle, thus giving me a better quality of life. I found Teresa & Imagine Gratitude online while I was searching for a massage therapist. I asked Teresa about doing MFR instead of massage and I am so happy I did. It's a very gentle technique which has amazing benefits! I work using my hands and my arms in my profession, and I needed some relief of the muscles in my upper back and shoulders. SO glad I found Teresa. My body was locked causing major mobility and movement issues. Before this decline, I was an active early 40 y/o woman who enjoyed Zumba, yoga, Pilates, and hiking. I’ve seen several specialists including neurologists, and all were dumbfounded by my case and had no answers. Teresa has helped on day one. My body felt less constricted and I was moving more freely, naturally. It’s a work in a progress. I’m not running Boston (yet) but the improvements are noticeable. Along with her exceptional bodywork, she imparts sage advice for me to connect the emotional/mental/physical for overall well being. I’m quite grateful.

I am totally impressed with Teresa's skill at myofascial massage, cranial sacral and of course how she finds those areas of my body where the fascia is tight and uncomfortable.
