The team went above and beyond — they didn’t just fit me in, they *moved my appointment with zero hassle* and made me feel completely taken care of from the moment I walked in. They took the time to walk me through all the therapies they offer — red light, cryo, compression, you name it — and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. No pressure, just real education and genuine care. The IV was smooth, comfortable, and I felt the difference almost immediately. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and truly committed to helping people feel their best. If you want a place that treats you like a person, not a number… this is it. This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The sauna room is nice and private. Great set up for the cryo chamber and the local cryotherapy was great for my injured hand. I loved my hydra facial and you can’t beat the prices. Highly recommend!

I had my first session of Red light therapy and I was very impressed with the way I looked and felt afterwards. I was very relaxed and my skin felt hydrated. I am looking forward to my next session.
