APRN Kerry is extraordinary with Botox & fillers, She’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. I call her an artist. My results are natural, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. She is not just as a skin care provider, she is a healthcare provider. She cares for her patients as a whole. I’ve been going to see Dr Suarez for years now and I only trust her! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease with every appointment. I would recommend her to anyone I know! She’s the best!

I spent over 10k here listening to them tell me before every appointment that each one would be the last for cool sculpting. I had over 18 total treatments and I was already a thin person. I was attempting to isolate two specific areas during this time. In the end, I didn't get the results they promised. I look the same. In addition, I eat very healthy and exercise routinely, so the results were not skewed by my lack of interest/care. They claim a satisfaction guarantee, yet they drop the ball and ask you to pay more and never call you back to address unsatisfied results. Additionally, they speak kindly to you and are very social, so the experience is disarming when you're questioning their claims. Edit: My expectations were a result of the claims Bella Excellence made and the promises you failed to keep. Had their been true remorse or an honest attempt to make right, you would have called my cell already and addressed this head on. This is to serve as a warning to others. Do not invest in their claims without recording them to protect what monies you all spend.
