I just finished my last laser hair removal session and I am so pleased! It has been a smooth process the whole time and all staff is so welcoming and helpful. Liv did most of my sessions and she is fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. So excited for a shave free summer

First time here since they changed their name from Ideal Image to Restore. They changed the inside a bit. Looks good! Same great staff! I highly recommend! They are so amazing and listen when you voice what kind of results you're looking for! They offer rewards programs. I had my legs, Brazilian and underarms done when it was Ideal Image for laser hair removal, great results! I also get my lips injections here! ❤️❤️❤️ I almost forgot this is where I get my Botox done as well! Great place!

I’ve had 6 sessions so far and the results are amazing. Temporarily uncomfortable but the results are amazing. Lisa is awesome and takes so much care. If you have PCOS I would recommend Refresh and getting laser hair removal!!

Unfortunately, I am completely uninclined to visit Palm harbor Ideal Image. I had my consultation and appointments made over the phone/video for Ultherapy. My video consultation said on the screen that it was being recorded (the audio didn’t work on the video, but we were also speaking on the phone - supposedly recorded, as well). My “consultant” and I discussed at length what was involved in “full face”. I asked if under chin was involved (this is all new to me and I don’t know/still can’t remember what this is officially referred to), but she tilted her head back and literally showed me that yes it was included. I signed on, for almost a couple thousand dollars. I looked at my appointments that evening and noted that one was for full eye and one was for mid face. That didn’t seem to cover everything so I called Palm Harbor the next day. They told me that what she had said was included was in fact not, but they would have her reach out to me. She didn’t. I called again, same thing. She didn’t reach out. I called again. Same thing. She never reached out. But finally after three weeks someone in customer service said they would escalate it. I made my appointment on November 14. They called me today (12/7) to inform me that they couldn’t retrieve the whole conversation, and that the video wasn’t actually recorded at all, but that they weren’t going to refund me, they would only issue credit. At this point, I have NO INTEREST in credit. What a poorly run company. To be fair, the palm harbor location didn’t do my “consultation” (HA), but they are who I called multiple times to make it right - they didn’t, and neither did their higher ups. Asked for the recordings of the consultation (what they could pull up, which even they admitted was not the whole Conversation) and they refused.

Very professional staff and also very kind and respectful! They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice for after treatment. This is my very first laser hair removal session and I loved it and I can't wait to come back! And very reasonable priced. And this location also got brand new laser hair removal machines with cryotechnology which was super awesome! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking great hair removal ideal image is your place!
