She made everything comfortable and provided a thorough explanation of the product, which gave me great confidence moving forward. The experience I had at Radiance was incredible from the moment I walked in I could turn my brain off and relax. The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. Donna was my injector, she took her time to explain to me the process and how much Botox I would need to get the desired look I was going for, she was super gentle and It was painless. What a pleasure to be greeted so warmly. It was my first visit and everyone made me feel so comfortable. JoJo is so knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and my interests. My first facial with Eliza was amazing: relaxing and refreshing and what a delight she is to converse with.
