Prime Body WAS a decent place, the girls are very nice and very attentive. The services are reasonable, but during the holiday season, they decided to move and NOT NOTIFY the clients, at least I know I DIDN'T get any notice, and they moved from Tampa to Largo, which is like 30 mins away from their Tampa location. No notice at all, and when the holidays were over after New Year's Day, I reached out because I had remaining sessions from before the holidays. They then told me they moved to Largo, and I had to go there for my sessions. Largo is very out of the way for me, hence why I used the Tampa location. I can't drive to Largo just for my sessions when I live and work in Tampa and work long hours, and I can't drive to Largo when it's convenient for them. I called so many times, and they never called me back, never texted me back, and they also never replied to my numerous emails asking for a refund of my remaining sessions. I don't know what part of "I CAN'T DRIVE TO LARGO DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND!!!" ALSO, WHAT PART OF I NEED A REFUND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND. As far as I am concerned, they are THIEVES!!!! They ROBBED me!!!! They won't answer my calls, texts, or emails, so this makes them THIEVES!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO ME AT ALL. People should be careful going there now. If they robbed me, what else are they doing to other clients? BE VERY WEARY ABOUT GOING TO PRIME BODY. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! I'm leaving this review because after so many attempts to reach them, they never responded. So the public needs to know they are THIEVES!!! I'm sure it's probably the owners who told the girls not to respond to me, because the girls seemed really nice, but BE WEARY, EVERYONE !!!! Go elsewhere for your aesthetic needs. Nothing but a bunch of Thieves!!!!

First I’d like to talk about the aesthetic of the place absolutely gorgeous very sterile environment and soothing. When you come to a place especially when it comes to an insecurity like weight you wanna feel super comfortable and I felt that at Prime Body. Lorena and Lexi are absolute dolls! Very welcoming and understanding and will not upsell you. The ladies gave me knowledge and allowed me to comfortably pick my treatment plan. I started with the emsculpt and it helped me regain my core strength after 4 kids back to back. I can actually do a crunch without difficulty now!!! I’m now undergoing my ultra slim sessions and they have been going amazing! I’ve lost 4 inches in just 2 sessions. If you have stubborn weight or want to tone your muscles this is the place!!!

purchased lip filler and after being strung along for the entire month of November about Mara having “covid”, they finally scheduled me with their sister location to honor the lip filler owed to me. The new location refused to honor that and required that I purchase from them. Of course I didn’t pay for more, even though I drove over an hour to get there. I filed a dispute with my bank and hopefully can recover my money. It’s definitely not my fault you either fired Mara or she quit.

I had such an amazing experience at this spa, i love my results for my lip filler💕 The whole team was extremely caring and friendly and i felt so welcomed. The spa itself is decorated so beautifully and it felt so calming. I appreciate all the girls and will definitely be returning!

I had an appointment with this person and they never showed. Their mailbox is full and i've tried to call multiple times to get a refund for an appointment that never happened. I wasted a lot of time driving all the way over to largo, waiting there, talking to the receptionist, another person trying to figure out what happened.And I never heard from this person. I want my money back and I can't even get a response from this person.
