10 out of 10! This is my second visit and the entire experience from the front desk staff to Dr. Martinez provided excellent care. These people really care about their patients. I was scheduled for a follow up visit but one of my crowns (done elsewhere 11years ago) popped off while water flossing at high pressure - a definite no-no! I got a new appointment for a longer visit and they were able to take care of everything right away. The entire experience being there, from the music playing to the images on the TV screens, kept me very calm and relaxed. Dr. Martinez is very skilled at working with difficult and challenging dental issues. He speaks to you like a he cares about, not just walking in and doing his stuff and walking out. Everything was explained to me and costs were discussed before the work was done. This is especially important since they do not take dental insurance, but I still chose to go there. They’re doing everything right and are open to feedback. Keep up the good work!

always amazing customer service here from the front desk staff, especially jaime. Went for a cleaning and Rosie was wonderful. she was extremely thorough and my teeth felt the cleanest they had ever been. she was very detailed and did not miss a single spot. I’ve also been going for composite fillings and dr.martinez is amazing! i had a composite appointment today and janette assisted dr. martinez with it, she was so kind and extremely caring. every staff member here is very kind and knowledgeable!! would highly recommend :)

He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and he went above and beyond to make us both feel 100% thrilled with our “smiles”! The staff at Smiles Of Orlando are friendly, kind, and extremely professional! As you enter the dental office you are greeted by Jamie! She has an incredible gift of making everyone feel special and important! She is tremendously busy with many jobs and yet never makes you feel rushed. Her kindness will make your day!
