John E. Russo, DMD Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I am senior, retired female who visited the dental office of John E Russo, DMD PA, to have a broken tooth fixed. Based on past experiences with other dentists I was nervous and afraid. I was greeted by pleasant, friendly and helpful staff each and every time of my four visits. My dental hygienist, Ruth was especially patient, reassuring and talking me through every step of the cleaning. This was comforting and helped to relax me. I returned for subsequent dental crown and fillings in accordance with my treatment plan based on a full examination, which was previously discussed with me by Dr. Russo, who addressed all my concerns. He explained and prepared me for what to expect before, during and after the dental crown and fillings. His manner was professional, approachable and understanding. This was a welcomed approach which I was unaccustomed to. The cost was affordable in the context of my fixed income (pension) and limited dental insurance. I will be going to Dr. Russo and his hygienist for all my dental needs as I am always greeted by friendly and helpful staff, and I feel I am in trusted and knowledgeable hands.

WOW!!!! Where has this place been all my life? Seriously cannot say enough good things. From Erica at the front desk to the assistant Jenn, to Dr. Russo himself, this place is spectacular. The vibes alone are welcoming, relaxing, pleasant, and comforting. Then I spoke to Dr. Russo and immediately you have all questions answered, even things you didn't know you wanted to know. It was like he waved his magic wand. He is the real life tooth fairy. The definition of perfection. Always had little tweaks that I wanted to make and didn't know if it was possible and Dr. Russo is a master of his craft, honestly. Literally had my work done at the same appointment as my consultation and it was like magic- not kidding. The efficiency too?? Insane. So grateful to have found this spot on Mills. I was going to travel far for a great cosmetic dentist but seriously, look no further!!! I'm truly in love with my smile. I mean seriously, how can a dental office do fantastic work AND the staff is personable and warm?? SO excited to have found this place. Thank you all so much for being so amazing. First time patient - awesome staff. Erika at the front desk was very friendly. Pat who did my cleaning made me feel comforted the entire time. Dr. Russo was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me plenty of options for my dental plan. Overall a pleasant experience, and looking forward to going back.

I’ve always been afraid of getting dental work due to past experiences. I’m new to Florida so I did my research and found a dentist who helps patient with dental anxiety. Dr. Russo and his entire team did not disappoint. They made me feel so comfortable from the moment I was called back. Today I got my wisdom teeth removed and I was so nervous. Everything went so well. I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Russo was so gentle, extremely attentive and very caring. Dr. Russo was so attentive that he even followed up later in the day to check in and see how I was feeling. Safe to say that I will be back, I truly feel and believe I’m in great hands moving forward. Thank You

I’ve been a patient of Dr Russo for many years. I would not consider another dentist. He has been there for me in emergency. His staff is always friendly and I don’t mind going to the dentist at all. He takes his time with me and answers all my questions
