My experience with the Conway dentist team was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I especially want to recognize Janelly at the front desk. She made sure I had all the information I needed for my upcoming appointments, as well as the details required for another doctor’s office for additional work I need to have done. She was extremely patient, pleasant, and thorough with every question I had, making sure I left without any confusion. What a great person to have on the team! 😁 Highly recommend!

Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr Lyman were so gracious and helpful. Alternates to my treatment plan were clearly explained and the young woman at the front desk as I checked out was very thorough in helping me to see how much my insurance would cover and financing options as well. I have been going to Conway Oaks Dental for over 30 years and I must say they have definitely kept up with the latest in dental care and in the appearance and comfort of the office.

Leigh Ann has been my dental hygienist for many years and it is not only her dedication and professionalism that keeps me driving 20 miles to get to Conway Oaks Dental BUT all the staff including Timothy Davidson that make me feel like I am a part of their family. Conway Oaks Dental should have a 10 star rating because the staff go above and beyond to be friendly, professional and conduct business in the most effective manner. I am so impressed with the way this office operates! It is clean, everyone is friendly and professional and I feel like a valued client whenever I’m in need of a procedure. My hygienist Jackeline is absolutely amazing! She takes time to get to you know, explains each step of the way, ensures you are comfortable and most importantly takes her job seriously! I have never had my deep cleaning done so meticulously and as thorough as I get with her. Even at the end, she does additional X-rays to ensure she’s gotten everything needed to ensure the longevity of my teeth. I cannot recommend this office enough! 100/10 go here if you’re in need of a new practice.

Going to the dentist is not something anyone looks forward to. The experiences I’ve had with Dr Davidson and the staff have been awesome. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and Dr. Davidson was very nice and explained what dental work he would recommend. I completed the first of a few appointments and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Davidson explains what he will be doing step by step and that helps calm the nerves. Highly recommend this practice.
