I came to Orlando Holistic Dental Studio during a time when I was experiencing considerable health issues. At the recommendation of my osteopath, I was advised to investigate possible dental cavitations. Prior to that, I had a very disappointing experience with a traditional dentist—someone who rarely explained anything directly to me, communicated mostly through an assistant, and ultimately left me with one missing tooth and another treated unethically. It was clear I needed a truly holistic and biological approach to dental care. That’s when I was referred to Dr. Charles Cuprill, and although I waited nine months for my first appointment, it was absolutely worth it. From the beginning, Dr. Cuprill proved to be a rare kind of professional. He’s deeply attentive to every small concern you question. He took the time to personally explain everything to me with care and clarity—never rushing, never distant. He showed me the tartar on my teeth through a video device, educated me about the risks of amalgam fillings, explained the importance of porcelain implants, and walked me through the deeper topic of dental cavitations. I was also given a clear financial overview, information and scheduling by his office team—Michele, Judy, and Aimee—who were not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind and helpful in assisting. My journey included in-depth cleanings, personalized oral care education (like pH control, ozone therapy, and oral tablets), because Dr. Cuprill cares not just about treating, but about educating you to understand your own mouth. I did a CBCT scan—a diagnostic tool not used in traditional practices that show my inflammatory areas. Dr. Cuprill then scheduled a full 30-minute Zoom call to go over my scan results in detail (my past holistic dentist never did that). Following that, I had my amalgam safely removed, received a porcelain implant, and had all 3 dental cavitations treated. My recovery was excellent—and notably, I never needed antibiotics. My past holistic dentist made me take 2 weeks of antibiotics, which destroyed my gut health. Before and after each surgery, I was also treated with infrared light therapy, which helped immensely with healing. His assistants Lily and Jerry were always so kind and warm—I could talk to them forever. The clinic environment itself feels nothing like a cold, sterile dental office. There’s always a lovely playlist playing in the background, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Also, Dr. Cuprill personally followed up after my surgery and connected me with a professional for facial lymphatic drainage. What truly sets Dr. Cuprill apart is his dedication and passion. He’s constantly attending courses and engaging in professional training. You can tell he gives 110% to his work, and you can feel that in every interaction. Nowadays, it is not easy to find professionals like this, thus I value this. He is committed far beyond what is expected from a healthcare provider. If you’re looking for a dental experience that is human, holistic, and deeply professional, I highly recommend Orlando Holistic Dental Studio. Dr. Cuprill and his team have not only transformed my dental health but also supported my overall well-being in ways I didn’t know were possible.

2 crowns broke on eating a pretzel. I called and asked to speak to the doc, but he said no that he would not see me or talk to me unless I made an appointment to re establish as a patient. I explained that I moved and would only go back for crown repair. I would have had to fly in and get a hotel just to re establish. They did not care or make any concessions. My insurance would not pay for a new crown because he made it in his office instead of sending it to a lab. Which I found out is 10 times stronger. Can't wait for the other 5 to break and have to pay to replaced. I spent over 30K in dental work with him. Feeling overwhelmed and feel that he was not professional. I own a business and would never treat a client that way.

****The response to this review is completely fabricated**** also..the real complaint here is the way I was treated in the office. The office staff was completely unprofessional. I have never been treated this way entering a business! I just waited 1 year!!!! for this appointment. When I arrived I was told.. ( very loud and aggressively ) "oh no we have been trying to reach you to confirm your appointment it just goes to voicemail" Then she said " actually I spoke with you and you said to just release the appointment you didn't want to be seen" This never happened..why would I cancel an appointment I waited for 1 year for?? At one point a couple weeks before they did call and speak with me that they may have an opening a couple weeks sooner potentially and she would let me know if that opened. The front desk woman was going back and forth with me saying "oh yes you said this and the doctor was even by me when you canceled" " we have the call recorded and the doctor said he can send you the recording" please do send that conversation ..and I will delete this review. I'm not interested in arguing..and gladly will not be seen..but don't try to tell me I'm crazy like I would first of all cancel an appointment I waited 1 year for..and or not remember doing it! Very unprofessional and unapologetic...I would have been accepting of them saying there is a misunderstanding and we will have to figure out another date or something...but instead I was met with them being rude and blaming me! Haha crazy

I’m honestly stunned at how unprofessional and shady this office has turned out to be. Nearly two years after an alleged “no-show,” they randomly decide to send me a bill for it. Two years. Let that sink in. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I had an appointment after this supposed no-show, and not a single person said a word about it. We even had a conversation with someone in the office who told us it was fine and that they understood. Now, almost two years later, they’re demanding that I provide proof that the conversation took place because they “don’t have anything on their side.” Who on earth keeps receipts of minor scheduling conversations from a year and a half ago? The audacity is unbelievable. And seriously, if this no-show was real and so important, why didn’t anyone mention it at my next appointment? Why wait almost two years to suddenly “discover” it? That alone makes this whole thing look extremely shady. This office has officially lost my business forever. I was planning to come here for a dental implant, but thank God this issue came up now. If this is how they handle billing retroactively inventing charges years later—imagine what else they’re capable of. I’m sure they’ll reply with some scripted excuse like, “We tried to find the record” or “You said it was a text.” Save it. The fact remains: no legitimate, organized office waits nearly two years to bill someone for something like this. Be warned. If this is how they operate, I’d be very cautious about trusting them with anything especially something as expensive and serious as dental care.

Their process intake is downright shady and they’re repelling customers. I just want 1 simple thing done, remove my tooth… Instead the woman goes into a long winded statement how they need to do a full set of xrays and exam to see the level of cleaning I need.. Uhm, ma’am I literally just told you I just had a full xray set and full cleaning, I don’t need the EXACT SAME thing I just had done. I again politely asked can I just ask for how much to remove 1 tooth. Their response was, NO. And that the consultation would be $459. Where in another review it said $250. Their pricing is all over the place and they are not transparent. BE TRANSPARENT.
