YOU Just Better (Formerly Ideal Image)

I’ve genuinely never regretted agreeing to work with a company more than I have with this mess of Ideal Image/You Just Better. For starters, the Dr. Phillips facility is filthy. Everything looks old, rundown and dingy from the lobby to the private rooms & equipment, the medical chairs that they complete procedures on are filthy, and the staff does not seem to follow sanitary procedures. The work being completed across technicians is very inconsistent. One technician will agreed to laser one spot, whereas another technician will say it’s not included (If it was included on the last session, why would it not be included on this session?). I’ve noticed a major difference in the bedside manner and pain levels across different technicians. Certain technicians complete the laser relatively pain-free, while others seem to have a heavy hand that will leave you sore for days. Absolutely debating on if I should eat the remaining balance that I have on my laser hair removal and go to a more reputable company with a cleaner facility. This is a med spa and there’s absolutely nothing medically sanitary about the location or the services provided. When requesting to transfer to another “Ideal Image” location I was advised that my contract had been sold specifically to this location and I could not transfer to one of the others. I would absolutely recommend avoiding services with this company at all costs.

Provider Jodi’s professionalism and expertise are the reasons I continue to come to this location for my services. She is exceptionally pleasant, kind, and easy to talk to. She creates a comfortable environment and keeps clients informed every step of the procedure, which I truly appreciate. Her attention to safety protocols is reassuring and shows how seriously she takes her work. Overall, the experience is always smooth, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Jodi, as well as the other staff members I’ve interacted with. They’re all simply nice folks!

I had my CoolSculpting procedure done at Ideal Image, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about how effective it would be, but after just one month from my first session, I started seeing visible results. What impressed me even more is that I went on vacation just three days after the treatment and indulged quite a bit — yet the results still showed! After my second session, about a week later, I noticed an even greater difference. I feel lighter, more confident, and I’m thrilled with how my body is transforming. I still have one more session to go and I’m genuinely excited because I know the results will continue to improve. Overall, I highly recommend CoolSculpting for anyone looking for a non-invasive way to enhance their body shape. It’s a great starting point for those who don’t want to go through surgery. Combined with regular exercise, I’m confident I’ll achieve the body I’ve always wanted in the next few months. the laser treatments are amazing, they are quick and attentive. bedside hospitality DURING LASER is amazing. i dont have anything positive to say about the diamondglow treatment or followups as i had a negative reaction to it (maybe a chemical burn) that caused some damage to the skin under my right eye and chin. they are currently giving me instructions on how to treat it now, but im not entirely hopeful. first picture is the day of the first laser treatment and before the diamondglow and the right picture is a month post-diamondglow me attempting to use aquaphor to try to heal it. this was prior to their doctor instructing me to use aquaphor specifically and to stop using makeup entirely. currently waiting on results. edit: 12/17 a month later, the picture of my eye and no eyeliner is after a month (2 1/2 weeks) after the promised heal time frame "doctor mack" said it would take to heal my eye after the diamondglow treatment. i've now gotten no help, no callbacks as promised and i had to buy everything myself to fix the issue they caused and they are not helping per "their policy." i am now awaiting a call from a mysterious doctor i have not ever met over a phone call im sure will not go well. i absolutely do not recommend the diamondglow treatment or going back to them for help when there is an issue, they will not help you. go to a dermatologist instead and record all conversations, take pictures and everything you need to approach a legal team. 0/10.

I made my appointment because several people recommended it to me. The reason was for Botox (Item(s) Qty Price Total Botox 50 $10.00 $500.00), and I feel like I left looking the same; in other words, I didn't see any difference. But they definitely have excellent customer service.
