This is a fantastic location. From everyone in the front of office to the nurse techs that perform the treatment. Everyone is kind, courteous, and attentive. Lyn did a terrific job with my treatment. Talked me through the entire process and made sure there were no surprises when it came time to get zapped. She was thorough, quick, and is probably the only person to make me laugh while getting my laser hair removal. I drive 45 mins out of my way and past other locations specifically to come here. Thanks team!

Special shoutout to Jody, Rebecca, and Lyn! These ladies truly go above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers. They treat everyone with respect, listen to concerns, and always do their best to find solutions — even with the limitations that come from franchise and corporate policies. They absolutely deserve recognition and are a big part of what makes this Ideal Image location stand out. I’ve visited other locations before, but the experience here is different because of them. I really hope the owners recognize what gems they have on their team!

I had my first Botox experience here and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions.
