I had a great experience with Orlando Hair Clinic. Their customer service is outstanding, and the entire team truly cares about their clients. They take the time to explore every possible option to help you and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They listen carefully, answer all questions, and make sure you understand everything before moving forward. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really set them apart. I highly recommend Orlando Hair Clinic to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about their clients and their results.

Do Not Do a Hair Transplant here. I met with Jesse and she was great, she drew the line where the hairline would be and I was happy with it and booked the appointment. The day of the procedure, the ran my payment and gave me probably a valium. Doctor J shows up probably and hour late because I was told he was stuck in traffic. He draws a line and it was a lot higher and a lot different than what Jesse drew before. He explains the line he drew put my face in 3rds (a measurement that they use to determine where hairline should be); I was disappointed but trusted the Doctor was telling me the truth and that was best for me, plus I already paid and was already given medication to start the procedure. They do the procedure and I'm not happy so I go to other professionals that show where the hairline should be (face in 3rds). The office told me to wait 6 months and can revisit.... I called around 6 months... then was told to wait 9 months.... I called to schedule at 9 months and didn't get a call back... I really wanted it done right so I paid another company to do it right and they did a great job. I wrote an email addressing my concerns and was told they don't give refunds. It is very disappointing to pay $5,500 go through the recovery, look bad for several months only to pay another company and go through procedure and recovery again. *** Dr. J's staff offered a full refund to remove the review... I was willing to agree... but he sends me a legal agreement that has me remove the review and I would receive the full payment in 6 months. lol. (***at the time of my review there were 2 negative hair reviews that have been deleted) The agreement had several items in the contract that would prevent them from paying. I thought for a second that he was at least a decent person but that was not the case. I bet he's had other unsatisfied clients sign this horrible agreement and because of the complexity of the contract he probably got out of paying them in the 6 month payment time frame had in the contract. I cannot stress enough to avoid this clinic... If you do calculate the cost for another clinic to correct it and the expense of a lawyer you'll spend to get your money back.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jesse regarding my husband’s hairline consultation. From the very first appointment, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time to carefully assess his hairline, explain the process in detail, and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. What really stood out was how thoughtful and precise she was when drawing and discussing his hairline. She made sure my husband was completely comfortable with everything and walked us through the reasoning behind her recommendations. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure he felt confident in the plan meant so much to us. Jesse’s professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly set her apart. She creates an environment where clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in her work.

This was my fist time here so I was a little nervous but I heard great things about this place so I gave it a try and thank god u did because Dr J and his team where absolutely amazing and made me feel right at home. They’re so caring and honest and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. Thank you all I definitely will be back!

I had and appointment at dr Js anti aging clinic and the staff and Dr were awesome! I really recommend this place! They treat you like a queen and you get home looking like one! Very Satisfying place to visit!
