I cannot say enough good things about this medical spa. As a tan brown Hispanic woman, I’ve been extremely cautious about laser treatments for YEARS because I was terrified of burns, hyperpigmentation, or damage to my skin barrier. The laser aesthetician who treated me is half Native American and half white, and she truly understands melanated skin. She was knowledgeable, careful, and intentional every step of the way. I had laser done on my face and experienced zero burning, zero redness, and no irritation at all. My skin looks AMAZING — I saw immediate improvement, and the integrity of my skin is completely intact. That alone speaks volumes about the skill and professionalism here. Sacha used the Agnes Submental fat removal procedure with the Scarlet skin tightening for my neck area. These are the results only 2 weeks after. The office is very warm, clean and accommodating. Sacha has a very gentle touch, I could barely feel the procedure. She is very detail orientated, professional and caring.
