Goldfingers Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery - Winter Park

I visited Goldfinger’s Aesthetics in Winter Park for a small amount of Botox (around 25 units) to achieve a subtle, refreshed brow lift. I’ve been getting Botox for over 20 years and usually enjoy the experience of feeling rejuvenated afterward. The doctor seemed rushed and somewhat disengaged during the consultation, which surprised me. I assumed he might have been having an off day and chose to trust his professional judgment. Unfortunately, within days I developed a persistent headache and noticed that both of my eyelids had started to droop. While my forehead looks somewhat smoother (not even the reason I went in for) the drooping around my eyes makes me look older ...the opposite of what Botox is meant to achieve. When I returned for a follow-up, the PA kindly explained that there was no way to correct it and that I would have to wait a couple of months for it to dissolve. The office first offered a $60 credit, (but I was uncomfortable returning) then a discount on eye drops, and finally a $60 refund on a $250 service. None of these offers adequately addressed the issue or the overall experience. I was also told that “beauty is subjective,” which felt dismissive given my concerns. As a beauty business owner myself, I understand that sometimes practicioners can have an off day. However, empathy, communication, and accountability make all the difference when something doesn’t turn out right. I would have appreciated a more thoughtful and compassionate response, especially from a business centered around aesthetics and care. Most importantly because there was no resolution to fix a service that gave me the complete opposite results I went in for. I should not have to look older for the next couple of months and also have to pay for it. I went back and forth about writing this review but I'm sharing this review not out of anger but in hopes it encourages more mindful and patient-focused care for others.

I’m in love with my lips! Every time I come here, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lip injections last long-term and I’ve gotten so many compliments with them & I feel confident. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Michael McClure for the first time! This is by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to a friendly practice, knowledgeable recommendations and professionalism. Ms. Laura was very welcoming and accommodating when I checked in. Dr McClure helped me understand the layout of my face which helped guide me through my first Botox Journey. He listened to what I felt like were my problem areas which giving me great advice. The procedure was painless, quick and administered properly. Thank you Dr. Young for recommending me to try your practice for the first time. The office is so beautiful and I will most definitely be back !

I saw Serena, and it was just a pleasant experience! She was very informative, honest, and solution based. I feel she had my best interest in mind, and I feel she gave me the education to make the best decision, rather than steering me one way or another. The front office staff was very friendly and personable. They made sure I got the best deal, and I left spending WAY less than I expected. Overall, 10/10 experience!! Will definitely be back :)
