I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Empress Wellness and Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was not just another aesthetics clinic. I received a facial, Dysport, and vitamin D injections, and what stood out most was how much time was spent educating me. Every recommendation was explained thoroughly, including why certain treatments would be beneficial and, just as importantly, why others were not necessary right now. I actually came in interested in several higher priced procedures, and instead of upselling me, she was honest, thoughtful, and focused on what my skin truly needed. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about her character. It was clear this practice is not about money, it is about results, safety, and long term skin health. The results absolutely speak for themselves. I received more compliments on my skin glow than I ever have in my life, and that has literally never happened before. My skin looked healthy, radiant, and refreshed, not overdone, just beautifully cared for. I visited during my vacation in Orlando from Alaska, and I can confidently say I will be back. That is how impactful this experience was. When you find a provider who genuinely cares, listens, and delivers results like this, you do not let that go. Tiffany was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood what to expect before, during, and after the treatment. The results were fantastic—natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I also love that she does a follow up appointment with her clients because it ensures her good service.
