I have been visiting Heather for lash services for over a year now! She is truly amazing and so knowledgeable of every service she offers. I love my lashes and will never go to anyone else! She really puts a lot of effort into making you comfortable and maintaining a comfortable and warm atmosphere. I have recommended friends to Heather in the past, and I will continue to do so.

Heather is hands down the best in the biz. She took the time to not only get the perfect shape outlined, but continually asked if I was feeling okay, if the blade was hurting too much she stopped, put more numbing cream on and then continued. Heather is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. My follow up appointment was a month later and she was equally as amazing. Don't waste your time going to these huge spas with people who "think" they can do brows. I was very nervous getting my brows done, I had very thin/light brows and didn't want to come out with eyebrows that were too dark for my skin and that looked completely tattooed. It was nice to have Heather take the time to find out exactly what I wanted and make the experience perfect rather than a big company rushing to get as many people in and out as they can to make a profit. I was very nervous about getting my eyebrows microbladed. I was afraid of how they would look in the end in that they might not look very natural on my minimal makeup wearing face. After stalking Highbrow Makeover's pages for months I finally booked with Heather. She understood my concerns and totally understood what I was hoping for with my new brows. I plucked my brows so thin for many years (hello 90s fad!) and they are also very light. When I heard about microblading, I really wanted to give it a try but I was suuuuuuuper nervous! Heather, however, is the absolute best!! She put me at ease and really took the time to listen to what I wanted!! She was all about making me happy and spent the extra time with me to make sure I loved my results in the end!!
