We were in town, vacationing for the weekend and decided to get a massage here for Valentine’s Day. The reviews mostly were good so we decided to try it. Upon entering, the lady at the front desk was nice, she asked what we would like and insisted I pay cash, pointing to the ATM in the corner. It was cheaper ($190 instead of $209), so it seemed reasonable. We get into our room and settled in. The massage was supposed to be relaxation, but felt more like a painful deep tissue (even though we asked to go lighter on pressure.) At times the massage felt awkward and uncomfortable based on the positions the body was put it, along with the movement of undergarments (I.e wedgie). What was the worst thing of all, when it was over, we were leaving and a lady followed us out the door, yelling “tip tip!!” I’ve never been yelled at for a tip and will not be back.

Great massage! Was in town for work and found this place via great google reviews. They were able to get us in quickly. Massage was great! Nubia and yanitza were both excellent masseuses! Will be back next time we are in the area

I am writing this to warn other women. I had an extremely disturbing and inappropriate experience at Universal Day Spa & Massage. About 15 minutes into my massage, the female employee abruptly left the room without warning. While I was undressed and face down on the table, an unknown adult male entered and took over the massage. I was never informed this would happen and I did not give consent for a male therapist to enter or perform the service. I did not even see him until I was flipped over. He was fully dressed in business attire (dress slacks, button-down shirt, dress shoes) and the massage felt unprofessional and inappropriate. At the end of the session, while I was still naked on the table, he asked me to go next door for a drink. Afterward, he remained outside in the parking lot near an older blue Corvette, watching and smiling, which made me feel unsafe leaving. I called an Uber because I was afraid to walk out alone. This was completely unacceptable, predatory, and unsafe. I strongly urge others — especially women — to avoid this business.

I had a deep tissue message with Aleesa and it was absolutely fantastic! She is so sweet and has such a warm personality. My neck and shoulders are always so tight and she really got deep and loosened those muscles up. I feel so relaxed afterwards! I didn’t know my shoulders could feel so loose. The pressure was fantastic, she was kind, and she even did some shoulder stretching that felt so heavenly. I could tell she picked up on all of the places that I hold tension and really helped to loosen it all. I could not recommend them enough!

Me and My Husband got facials. It was a little over 230 bucks. This was the worst facial ever Throughout the entire process, it was only one washcloth used between me and My Husband. It was one bowl of water. She was dipping the washcloth in to freshen the towel instead of Filling the bowl with freshwater she use basic Products which was cucumber Jurgen’s lotion, and she used a sugar exfoliating scrub for cleansing the face She also used A handheld Device That’s used for getting the dirt and lifting whiteheads off your face that you can get from target for $19.99 I have that same tool We booked a 60 minute facial 50 of those minutes we were just laying under steam. The facial itself was maybe seven minutes tops the room that she put us in to do our facial Was very dull and dusty As if it hasn’t been occupied in a while then had the audacity to demand a $20 tip a piece. For the price Me and My Husband paid I will never ever go back to this place again. The worst experience I have ever had when it comes to facials For the people, wondering if this is a great place to go save your money and go somewhere else I’m a business owner myself and I know reviews could be critical. I hate to leave a negative review but I just have to speak my truth. I was very respectful. I didn’t leave the tip she wanted, but we did leave a nice tip and went about our day, but worst experienced by far.
