I had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Cici and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the first minute. You can tell she really understands the body, the massage felt both relaxing and super effective. I walked in feeling heavy and tense, and left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely re-energized. Cici explains what she’s doing, listens to your needs, and truly cares about the results. I booked this spa as a special birthday surprise for my daughter. The plan was meaningful and carefully timed—I was traveling by train from West Palm Beach and had a 1:30 pm reservation for both of us, with just enough time to enjoy the experience and return by 4 pm. While on the train, I received a message informing me that they would no longer be able to accommodate both of us due to an emergency, as the second massage therapist had to leave. They offered to see one of us first and then the other, but that wasn’t a viable option given our schedule. The entire experience was meant to be shared, and we also had a restaurant reservation immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this last-minute change made it impossible for us to proceed, and we were completely disappointed—especially since this was meant to be a birthday celebration. I never even had the chance to visit the spa. I understand that emergencies happen, but better planning or earlier communication would have made a big difference. Sadly, this experience left us discouraged.

My partner and I made an appointment in advance for a couples massage and when we arrived 10 minutes early there was only one person working in the shop. At our scheduled time she showed us where the restroom was and directed us to the massage room where she told us to undress. We undressed and waited in the room for about 15-20 minutes while she called for back up since there was no one else working. When we eventually asked how much longer she gave an unconvincing “5 more minutes” and told us to undress again. Then, she got us all set up and started massaging my partner while I lay waiting for the second person to arrive. My massage was fine, but my partner and I did not receive the same service at all. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

My go to spot for a thorough massage. My body feels an actual difference afterwards. I recommend booking with Amid, he is great! Professional and very knowledgeable.
