Today was my first session and meeting with Lauren. Being that I have had a lot of professional massages I can truly, without a doubt say this was my best experience. Her flow, pressure and techniques were outstanding. She is very professional and even spent a little time with me afterwards for a chit-chat. I feel amazing and worth every cent. Thank you so much!

Lauren is outstanding. I am pilot and flying has taken its toll. If you want a “spa” massage I’m sure she can oblige but for medicinal massage and recovery she is the best. She finds my problem areas and listens to concerns every time. I could not give her a higher recommendation.
