I can’t say enough great things about Allora Day Spa. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warmest, friendliest front desk team, and the waiting area truly sets the tone for a relaxing experience. The massage therapists are exceptional, and the quality of care is consistently outstanding. I especially love booking with Alena. She is attentive, skilled, and intuitive, always tailoring each session to exactly what my body needs. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I arrived. If you’re looking for a spa with talented massage therapists and a friendly, inviting atmosphere, Allora Day Spa is the place to go. I highly recommend it!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Allora Day Spa. I booked expecting to have a relaxing soothing couples massage for husband and I. As we walked in the place looked nice and the receptionist was pleasant and offered drinks. However, The minute we walked in the room it felt extremely small and very hot for a couples massage, which made the experience uncomfortable before the massage started. Unfortunately, the massage itself did not last the full hour that was paid for. The massage I received felt like a kid was smothering me with baby oil note pleasant at all. As for husband he did not have any complaints about his massage. We were not asked if we wanted any extra services or a preferred aroma oil or anything other than the a drink when we entered. While I did not want to complain about the masseuse’s speech impairment, it significantly affected my comfort level. Each time he spoke, I could feel saliva on my skin, which made me very uncomfortable. Wearing a mask could have helped prevent this and made the experience more sanitary and professional. Overall, the reviews I read before booking at Allora day spa did no justice as the service did not meet my expectations, and I did not enjoy the experience. I would not return based on this visit.

I used to have a membership with Allora, but there were issues in getting credit for my monthly at one point to be able to book, so I canceled. It sounded like they needed time to sort out system issues then. I was looking at returning to Allora with some time passed, and I decided to book a massage this month. I navigated to the website, and found a special linked through the process, not as good as the membership pricing I had, but what seemed as a good opportunity to try one of their other locations. They called day of planned service and refused to honor the price as booked. I'm attaching a video of what I navigated. The end pricing is not honored, even though it states no where in these steps that it will not be. It looks based on past reviews discrepancies like this are not a first. Learning a company is misrepresenting their pricing and offers is not a customer experience I am looking for.

The establishment is commendable. My Swedish massage experience was exceptional. The sole concern pertains to a discrepancy regarding a military discount. Upon booking, we were informed of a $20 reduction per service. However, this agreement was not honored post-service. Aside from this, the facility is pleasant, well-maintained, and tranquil.

The massages here are generally very good, and I’ve always appreciated the service. However, there are a few things I think could be improved. Cleanliness has typically been excellent, but in recent weeks I’ve noticed a decline, which was surprising given their usual standards. Additionally, the massages are advertised as a full hour, yet they have consistently ended 15–25 minutes early. While the overall experience is still positive, the value hasn’t felt the same lately. I hope these concerns can be addressed, as I truly enjoy coming here and would love to see the quality return to what it once was.
