The Piercing Factory

Went to get my nipples pierced and one was crooked while the other was straight. I reached out and her communication skills weren’t the best, however once I did get a hold of her she told me to take it out and return in a week. Upon returning, I asked her for a longer bar and she reassured me that her nipples were like mine and she also had a short bar. They were done correctly and were perfectly aligned the second time. A few days later I noticed that the balls were embedding into my nipples. After reaching out to Jenni she requested pictures and upon sending her the pictures she stopped responding. I had to reach out again the next day and she told me to just switch the bars out. I’d expect her to be apologetic or actually listen to my concerns the first time. I was able to get the nipple rings out with the help of a friend because Jenni did not respond when I asked her to help me take them out and switched them to a longer bar. Hopefully they heel properly now. The left bar she put in originally was shorter than the right bar, which is why one was embedding into my skin.

I give this place a 5/5 rating. The owner Jenny is always very nice and she has done my eyebrow, 4 of my lobes and now my lip and you can’t beat the price. I have never had any issue with the healing or the jewelry and they are always very clean and fast. All of my appointments have been super fast and she is very efficient. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I always tell people where I got my piercings done at.

I love love LOVE this piercing shop! First off Jenny is so welcoming & so friendly, & will absolutely guarantee that you’re comfortable while getting any piercing done. She’s so quick & makes the piercing process efficient & extremely easy. I will never stop coming here, all my piercings are lovely and done well, I've never had to worry. Thank you so much!!💘💘

Worst costumer service ever had 3 piercings done at this place About 2 months she was like a factory fast and ruff now time to change my jewelry made a appointment on Booksy this morning because my jewelry got pulled on my shirt. So figure it clearly time I booked the time available that was provided on their booksy page was able to get one on the same day again Booksy Provided that time and date. Only ask for a flat back received a call from Jennifer at 12 pm at opening time stating that since they are moving they do not have the jewelry on site so I should just go get anything from the mall to be placed on my skin or wait a week or till the end of the month when I explained i didnt want to just purchase just anything to put on my skin so I would just cancel she stayed that it wasn’t her fault I schedule at the last minute I’m sorry how and that it wasn’t her fault if I couldn’t go get a jewelry to bring to her wait so I have to do the work for you. You provide the service on your scheduling webpage than gets upset because of the day and time you provide than stating I am not understanding nor listening to the fact that because of her move she has nothing to work with really than logically close the shop till you are fully ready ma’am but than says my piercing will close if I don’t replace it. Make it make sense. I have never had a professional piercing place acted this way guess You get what you pay for is seriously correct would t recommend this place at all to anyone she is ruff rushes you out and clearly never ready for her service

piercer jenny was very rude and it felt like she was rushing me out of there. PIERCED ONE OF MY DERMALS INCORRECTLY. it’s not even in all the way and i’m likely going to have to get it removed and redone. did not even ask me for id to verify age (i look very young) did not give me aftercare instructions. she even told me to go buy my own bandaids bc she didn’t have any. what kind of piercer has no bandaids?? i never leave reviews but this was genuinely the worst piercing experience ive ever had. coming from someone with 20+ piercings, i recommend going somewhere else.
